Everything about this unit was just as described but so much better in person! Customer service from itrip was so attentive and accessible, just a text away. We loved being in the towers vs the houses because everything was very accessible, the pool, beach access, gym etc were all right there. And being on the 2nd was so convenient (once we figured out how to get there from the parking garage lol). But we will definitely be booking with itrip again and hopefully able to get the same unit. Thanks so much!

The property is beautiful. The check in process to pick up keys and such is not convenient. We picked up after 5pm and had to go back the next day to show ID which I could have and t a picture. Check in at 4 and check out was drop keys at 10am so we had to leave at 930. That’s crazy to me.

Our family of 7 just enjoyed a wonderful stay. The accommodations are very nice; the place is decorated really well, and there was plenty of space for six adults and a nine-month old! I believe the outdoor deck was one of the nicest from what we could tell with plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy time together while enjoying the outdoors. We liked that being on the second floor, we could be close to the pool area, yet private as well. Plus, we could use the steps to our room when the elevators were busy. And, I have to mention the water pressure for showering was wonderful! We all commented on that! We like the Windy Hills section of Myrtle Beach and this was our first time staying at North Beach. We would definitely book this place in the future if travel plans takes us to Myrtle Beach again soon!

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately, the management didnt deliver to make sure thw property was cleaned and stocked properly. When I texted the company as soon as I arrived that there was no toilet paper, towels, trash left in bathroom bins and lot of hair on the couch. I was informed they will send a cleaning crew which never happened. All i recieved was 2 small toilet paper rolls for our 4 days vacation stay. And we had to clean the place ourselves. I never recieved anymore communication from ITrip. This was a horrible experience from this company.

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Has everything you need. Plenty of dishes and things you need if you cook. Loved the variety of different pools. The fact that it's on the second floor is a huge bonus. Having to wait for elevator is not fun. One thing I didn't really care for was the pool area. No outside drinks or anything really. And drinks weren't cheap. Couldn't even carry beach chairs through. Had to walk to the public beach area.. But other then that it's fine.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Check-in and out was easy. Will use iTrip again in the future.

My Mom and I were lucky enough to stay in Jasmine 216 over Thanksgiving weekend. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean and fresh. No threadbare linens or couch cushions in sight. The heated pools and hot tubs almost made us forget it was late November. We will be back!!

Very pleased with this 2nd Floor Oceanfront 2 BD/ 2 BA condo. Was initially concerned about the view but it worked out perfectly! Check in was a breeze and this unit was well-appointed and convenient particularly since it is on the 2nd floor -- no long waiting periods for the elevator. Will definitely return!!

North Beach resort and villas was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Check-in was a breeze. My cousins and I take the end of summer girls trip every year and this was by far the nicest resort we have stayed in. Thank you so much for making this vacation so wonderful!

The space was great and the location was even better. We loved being on the second floor because we had a one year old who needed to take naps, so it was nice to be able to go out on the balcony while she slept and listen to music playing at the pool! The only downside was that the place was a little dirty, the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and there was a large bug in the shower. It wasn’t anything that ruined the vacation for us, but the cleaning services should be reevaluated so that they can make sure everything is clean before the guest gets there.

The condo itself was very nice and the process for check-in and check-out was well explained. There were a couple of minor issues (light bulb, etc) that were repaired quickly. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is two-fold. Our first issue was cleanliness of the floors. When we arrived the floor was gritty and we ended up buying a Swiffer wet jet and re-cleaning the floors. There were also major dust bunnies and leftover shoes/socks and hair clip under the guest beds. However, the beds themselves, living areas and bathrooms were all very clean. Our other issue was the aggressive wording on the instructions for check-out or lost articles. I think that was unnecessary and was in the back of our minds the whole trip. Maybe that was your goal, but we felt it was very harsh and did not leave a good impression. Property was as advertised and the second floor location was very convenient for loading/unloading and getting to the pool deck. If you want to be at North Beach Resort, this unit is a good choice.

We had a wonderful time!! The condo was exceptional! It was immaculate and had all the necessities! The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend booking:)

We come to North Myrtle Beach every year and stay and North Beach Resort . I am so glad we booked with this property. The room was clean and had everything that we needed . My kids enjoyed the games that was in our room. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. We will be staying here again

Great stay here during Memorial Day weekend. Clean condo and great communication from itrip. My kids enjoyed the pools and the location is close for tourist activities like go carts, putt putt and the reptile zoo.
