Stayed Aug 22, 2025It was a very nice and clean place. Quite neighborhood. The shower in the main bedroom was awesome. I wish we could have stayed for the rest of the week. We had amazing weather.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We had a great stay for the 3 day oceans calling festival! We went with 2 other couples and we had plenty of space. Everything was comfy and the canal was beautiful. Would totally stay again!

Stayed Sep 7, 2024This was my first time staying at a place on the canal. It was awesome to have our own private pier and the sunsets were incredible. The place looks just like the photos. It is super well stocked---every single thing I needed was there. The location is perfect because it is walking distance from restaurants, Starbucks, Drumsers, Food Line, and the beach. It's all right there.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024When we arrived the house had a very musty smell. As we looked around and opened windows and doors we noticed that there was moss growing in the window sills, dirty cabinet doors in the kitchen and liquids running down some of the cabinet doors. The kitchen floor was dirty, the register for the HVAC was filthy and covered in heavy black dust. The bathroom rugs were dirty and there was dirt/crumbs on the floor and on some of the bedroom dressers. One of the guest bedrooms had blood on the pillow. This was a very disappointing stay and when the cleaner came back over he said “well it's the end of the season and everyone is getting tired now with these quick turnovers.”I was only refunded $199 for the cleaning fee. Will never stay here again.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023This place was perfect for a girls weekend. Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the property was as described. The large deck overlooking the water was fantastic and a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. I would certainly come back again!
