This rental features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 murphy beds. With 2 full bathrooms, Guests can relax and unwind here and enjoy the gorgeous beach and Gulf views and peaceful surroundings. Heated pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball on site, fitness room. Laundry facilities on each floor. 24 hour gated entrance. Property adjacent to Tigertail Beach. Unit has very big views the beach and out over the Gulf to the horizon. The buildings are inverted Y shaped with the bottom of the Y at the direct beach front. That's where this unit is located with a north and west view and from the balcony you also can see south and east over the island. A great space and view for your relaxing vacation on our paradise island. There is a parking fee paid to South Seas office at check in of $100 per vehicle, one time fee for the full stay.
