Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experience. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions

Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetskiing, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Parking available $35 per day, provided by Elite Parking.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais.


Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

    Clean, well-appointed and maintained space with practical layout and convenient keyless entry. Lovely view over Ala Wai marina. Robust wi-fi. Excellent location with access by 10-minute walk to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Mall and lots of dining options. High floor and facing away from nearest big street minimized noise. Close to bus stops offering excellent travel opportunities.

    Great view and beds. There’s a leak under the sink. Most evident w dishwasher. The coffee pot handle is half broken. It will break all the way soon.

    A perfect location; 15 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall (free Hula show every day at 5), and in the other direction a 15 minute walk to the International Market Place (free Hula show Monday and Wednesday). A 5 minute walk to the lagoon and beach, and the condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Perfect view of the Friday night fireworks from the lanai. Didn’t use the tv’s much, why would anyone watch tv when there is an awesome view of the marina, beach, and lagoon. Watching the surfers was also fun. The Waikiki Trolley pink and green stops are next to the condo, the Waikiki Trolley is the bomb, no need to take an expensive tour when the pink, green, red, and blue lines take you everywhere you would want to go. Highly recommend this condo and plan to use it again next year if available. Thank you to the owners!

    The room was nice. A bit aged, but in very good condition with the exception of the flooring in the vanity area. The flooring was warped and coming up from what looked like previous water damage. Regardless of that, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    The illikai marina is NOT the same as the illikai, which means no pool access, BUT a very short walk to the beach and lagoon, easy inexpensive long term parking, and cool little pub in the building.

    Beautiful view of the marina and ocean. Great location … just off the beach but within walking distance. Close to downtown shopping a restaurants.
