Stayed Mar 17, 2024Rooms are nice ,clean and spacious. Activities are plenty but staff is very short handed and run around all day from on actives to another all while keeping guest happy. Management needs to get there act together, always changing time and canceling plans and with little notice. I appreciate these activities people for all there hard effort to do it all! Store needs to be fully staffed and open longer hours . Pools were nice and clean and warm ! Nice to see a security staff on site 24 /7 to give an added sense of safety.
