Idyllic PCB Condo w/ Pool Access & Ocean Views!

Great stay

Fantastic stay! We had an amazing time at this condo. Everything was great and our host made it easy to check in/out. The host was also very friendly and great to connect with! Would definitely recommend.

This condo was amazing! The views are fantastic. The condo is very nicely decorated and there is an abundance of kitchen supplies. Melissa is very nice to work with. We will be back for sure.

We had an excellent stay at Melissa's place. Everything was very well stocked and greatly taken care of. The views were amazing! The decor in the condo is beautiful! She has a great condo to share with everyone. We would love to stay again next year.

The check in and out process was very easy. The room was very clean and included pretty much anything you need on daily basis. There was also a closet with beach

I was happy to find this rental available at the last minute so my family could come down a few days earlier for an extended family vacation. Overall this condo is great and located in an excellent location. Most of the condo was clean and very well kept. The shower curtains in both bathrooms really need to be replaced. The shower curtain liner in the master bathroom was moldy and very dirty when we first arrived but I was able to use some cleaning supplies found in the condo to make it bearable. After paying over 200 for a cleaning fee I wasn’t expecting this for sure. The second bathroom shower curtain is missing the liner and the curtain itself is very dirty. We tried making coffee using the products provided in the coffee bar but the creamer packets were out of date and soured. Thankfully I had packed creamer packets just in case. The balcony light doesn’t work, likely a blown bulb.

Everything about the unit was geared for a great stay. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect location between the pools, beach, and restaurant! This will definitely be our go to spot yearly!

So, I have been waiting to review this condo bc I really wanted to think about what to say. First of all, we had a great trip. The condo views are amazing. The resort is easy to manage. The checkin and check out process is smooth. Th bedrooms in this condo are great. Good size. The beds were very comfortable. The issue is there is no overhead lighting in any bedroom or the den. So, if it rains or the sun goes down, it's very difficult to do makeup, play cards , puzzles etc. Most of the bulbs were out, but I bought some and replaced them to get the most light we could. We had 5 people there. It sleeps 8. We were comfortable, however the hot water ran out after one shower, so we had to plan the showers out daily. Hard with three teenagers. The kitchen needs some work. Apparently, a new stove has been put in but it was too big for the drawer to open next to it. Instead of fixing the problem, the silverware was thrown in a random drawer that you had to dig through to find the utensil you needed. So, i gave 3 stars due to the fact that this really is a great condo. It has so much potential to be spectacular. It looks good and was clean. However the functionality of it lacks. It Just needs some attention on things that help make a vacation and anyone who is thinking about renting this needs to know. I certainly wouldn't say don't rent this condo. Just know what to expect. I did not contact management. During my stay. Nothing could be fixed within the week we were there.

Voice mail was not set up for PM therefore it was difficult to get in touch with her. Instructions on how to work TV needed

15 straight days of listening to construction of unit above our head on 12 floor. unit was not clean at all. i could go on and on and on

Everything was as advertised. Great condo in great location. Very easy process of booking and check in/out

Clean, beautifully decorated, lots of room, stocked with all the essentials, perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful ocean view, easy access to pool & to the beach. We will definitely look for this condo when we plan a return trip to PCB!

The AC went out first day. The host got a repair person to replace the thermostat and the problem was fixed.
