Beautiful property, VERY clean, and you are RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! TONS of towels and blankets available, too! The beach gear looked brand new...wagon, chairs, umbrella, plus a lot of fun toys for those that travel with young children. There was a stacked washer and dryer that was available in the unit--very convenient! Only one little hiccup and that was the internet went out over night and we had to contact the property manager. They were super communicative and brought someone out right away to fix it. However, the internet was a little slow--just a note for those who may have to spend some vacay time at the work computer.Although it was raining most of our stay, we had beautiful sunsets 3 of the nights...you cannot beat a Gulf of America sunset!! This is a property we would definitely stay in again!

Spent a week here. Beautiful view, as advertised. This condo building is as close to the gulf as you can get on Marco. This unit on the 4th floor provides great viewing of the beach, dolphins, and sunsets. Unit was clean and well equipped.

Property as advertised with a great location and had everything we needed. Building however needs TLC, elevators are dirty as well as hallways and doors....other than that, no complaints.

Also additional storage in the bathrooms would be nice the vanities are very tiny. The living room couch is a bit broken down it makes noise when sitting down.Fans on the deck would be nice during the heat of the day/ evening. All in all we would return to this unit

I'm very picky and this condo was really good, awesome bath and beach towels, king bed comfortable, nice beach chairs, umbrella and cookware. I did some overall cleaning, vacuumed every day, I try to leave a rental cleaner than when we arrive. I'd stay there again.

Owners pay attention to detail, this unit is nicely updated. The view is wonderful and this building is in a great location on the south end of the island. I enjoyed walking every morning picking a different direction - out on the sidewalks, or on the beach. Beach access is easy - you are on the beach in seconds. The sheets were soft and towels were nice. Everything in the kitchen looks new. Thank you for sharing your home!
