Location is good
Place was clean. Bed was SO comfortable. Furniture in living room not so comfortable,
Clean and quiet.
Clean, well-appointed, perfect size, close to everything at UNC.
Small apartment with bedroom and pull out couch. Close to campus . Quite and no problems
Pleasant stay, comfortable furnishings.
The property was clean, well appointed and in a prime location. We liked it so much that we booked it again for a future stay.
We enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. Convenient location to groceries and places to go out for dinner. We had everything we needed.
This recently refurbished (not renovated) apartment is located in a 50s-era complex of buildings on a quiet loop just off Estes Street. The apartment was adequately clean and the furniture was brand new and in good condition. The fixtures and appliances (except washer/dryer) have not been upgraded but they are functional. The bed was very comfortable and because of the bedroom's location in the rear of the apartment it is extremely quiet at night. We were in Chapel Hill to support a family member at UNC Med Center less than 10 minutes away. A good option for one or two people at most.
