There is a full kitchen and separate dining room area to provide just a little more space when coming back from the beach or a night out at the boardwalk or restaurants.

Off street parking for 1 car rightat the steps to the Condo unit.

Linen and towels are not provided. Bring your own or you can ask us about renting them from a local company who will drop them off and pick them up direction at the unit.

This unit is not available to groups or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) excluding families traveling with children.

Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of Government issued ID.
