Ideal location in the heart of the city! A Walk-Everywhere location!!

Adorable, spacious apartment right in downtown Asheville, with fabulous food options right downstairs - Flour, Farm Dog, and Zen. Parking is on street, a little challenging, but not that big of a deal. Check in, check out, accessing apartment were all seamless.

My wife and I had such a terrific time! This rental is extremely well centralized to everything you want to do in downtown Asheville. The space was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We definitely look forward to coming back!

Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious loft apartment. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring downtown on foot. Restaurants, shops, breweries all nearby. Bed was comfortable. My daughter used the pull out and no complaints. She did mention she heard street noise sleeping in the living room, so light sleepers may want some earplugs/earbuds. I didn't hear anything in the bedroom.As mentioned in the info, parking is not included. I was a little worried at first, but we parked in the garage behind the building and used the back entrance and it was super easy.Check-in/out was easy and communication was great. All instructions were clear. We didn't use too much of the kitchen, but it seemed well appointed and has full size appliances, so would be great for cooking in. Looking forward to returning to Asheville and will definitely rebook!

We had a phenomenal stay! We were in town for our 14th wedding anniversary and a concert at Thomas Wolfe. We were a 6 minute walk from the show. Everything you could want was within reach. The property was spotless, cozy and had a luxurious feel to it. Our host is very thoughtful and thorough. We appreciated the tips on where to park in the lead up to our stay. We hope to stay at this location whenever in town for a show at Thomas Wolfe. Would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had very easy access parking in multiple locations surrounding the building, but the parking garage directly behind the building was best for us. The security was impressive with codes required to enter the building, the elevator, and the apartment itself. The apartment was exquisite. Beautifully decorated and extremely cozy/welcoming. We love Asheville, especially being able to walk everywhere and this property provided us the perfect location. Thank you, Lisa for all of the information you provided and for this wonderful stay. I can't say enough good things about this property or the host. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect as it's in the middle of downtown and close to so many restaurants and shops! The bed is very comfortable and the condo was quiet. I loved the fact that there is a food court just downstairs - try the biscuits at Flour! The host, Lisa, is very friendly, attentive, and caring. My daughter and I had the best girl's trip staying here and we would 100% return! We highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect. Minutes away from Biltmore. It was nice to able to walk to restaurants and shops in the area. We had a great trip, and would recommend the condo to others.

Communication was spot on from the beginning till the end. It is a beautiful condo and a great location. It was within walking distance to everywhere downtown. We will definitely be checking this out again in the future. The host was awesome.
