Parking

Other Things to Note

- The building management requires all guests aged 18 and over to provide a government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license or similar for U.S. guests and passport for international guests). Please send this to us and have your IDs ready to present at the front desk upon arrival.

- PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open Saturdays and Sundays only. All amenities are subject to availability and may occasionally be closed at the discretion of building management. You may confirm availability with the front desk during your stay.

The building is undergoing hallway renovations, and some elevators may be occasionally unavailable. The balcony is currently closed for approximately one year and construction noise may occur during working hours, Monday through Friday. Additionally, a layer of transparent protective film is on the windows due to the exterior work. Our prices have already been discounted to reflect the inconvenience caused by ongoing construction. No further refunds or reimbursements will be provided.


Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.

Guest Experience

Your Superhost Stacy is only a phone call away throughout your stay.
- All guests` names need to be registered 24 hours before arrival.
- All IDs need to be present at the front desk upon check-in.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels, and bedsheets with care. Any damages or permanent stains will be billed accordingly.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.

    Not good for longer stays as absolutely minimal extras ( no spices, no sponge, etc) Good location and nice facilities. Owner provided absolutely nothing for week stay bd no instructions for anything in apartment

    Had an amazing stay, very easy communication and check-in. The unit was lacking some basic things (salt, oil etc) however it wasn't a big deal. The location is excellent and the building amenities are top notch. Would stay there again!

    This is a lovely property with amazing views. This was our third time at the Icon. The units we’ve stayed in have been very similar in layout and view, but this was most comfortable stay. Owner had extra blankets, linens and pillows to allow some choice and comfort for lounging, and furniture for balcony as well. Surprisingly this has been lacking in the other units. Owner was very responsive as well. Only complaint is for all of Icon. Check in process is “awkward”. They need to know when you will arrive and have someone meet you to get you checked in to property. This creates unnecessary stress to plan exact arrival time when traveling, rather than having a “call us when you get here” process.
