The primary guest must upload a government-issued ID prior to arrival.

To grant amenity access to other guests in your group, please upload an ID for each additional adult (up to 3 additional adults for a 2-bedroom unit).

Minors under 18 do not require an ID. Only guests with a submitted ID on file will be granted access to building amenities.



Building Updates & Disclosures:

Pool Hours: Please be aware that the main pool is open on Saturdays and Sundays only.

This property is undergoing exterior improvements managed by the building's HOA. We believe in full transparency:

Balcony Access: The balconies will be closed for a renovation project starting August 1, 2025.

Potential Noise: Construction work may occur on weekdays (Monday - Friday) between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Window Coverings: During certain phases, windows may be covered with a protective film.

Open Amenities: The spa and fitness center will remain fully open and unaffected by the work.
