    Host was very responsive but property was definitely not new or clean. Host is also a 3rd party (an external property management company). This means it is managed by a third-party provider using a system different from Vrbo. These property managers manage their own reservation processes, which can result in a different experience! Due to this arrangement, Vrbo does not have access to the full payment details or the ability to handle cancellations or modifications for your reservation! So if the place is misleading and not up to your expectations they do not have to comply with refunds or assisting you to make things right.

    The apartment was clean and fresh. The balcony was closed to access and the windows had a plastic cover on them so you couldn't have a clean view, it was obscured. Everything else was very nice.
