Condo and location were better than expected!

Blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken. The blinds didn’t cover the window so every morning the sun was your wake up call Would rent the condo again , but would be a more enjoyable stay with a few updates

Due to some major updates the other complex was having we had to sadly find a new place. This place did not disappoint us! This place was larger than the initial one. It was located in a quiet spot. Seriously a quiet spot to stay, with all the units and families that were staying here, we rarely heard any other sounds inside of our unit. The view as soon as you walk in was amazing! There’s a large heated pool for the kids to enjoy since the ocean is pretty chilly in March. We loved having a view of the pool so we could see if it was too busy prior to heading down- it never was! The kitchen came with hand towels and hot pads which many times is lacking for a vacation rental. Brooks & Shorey is a very well run company with amazing customer service! We would definitely stay here again! The only request we could think of to make it better was to have a curtain on the guest bedroom (with two beds) window as the light directly outside of it still shown through the blinds. The complementary chairs and sun shade was a wonderful addition! We took advantage of that each day that it was sunny.

Enjoyed our stay few things that needed fixed, mold in bathtub/ shower disgusting.peeling paint on bathroom cabinet door dirty ceilings from furnace filter air ducts. Ceiling fans full of dust . Back door hardly opens unless put body pressure or assist in opening. Porch furniture looks unsafe to even sit on. (PVC from 70’s). Probably the least outfitted rental we’ve stayed at. There weren’t enough dishes or utensils for everyone so we had to use paper and plastic.not even salt& pepper We understand it’s a rental but we wouldn’t be interested in staying @ this place again we had relatives staying in same building on a different floor. What a difference in the 2 condos.

The condo needs a little updating, some of the ceiling is peeling off in one of the rooms, cabinets are peeling off and the drains drained pretty slow. Overall, the condo was exceptional. It was very clean and perfect location!

I was led to believe it was close to Summer Place where I had stayed before. I chose that location because of walking distance to several restaurants. It was almost 3 miles down the road. This condo needs some repairs. Master bath cabinets in bad shape. Not very professional as a rental to not fix. Sliding balcony door hard to use. Tracks needed cleaned. All in all not a bad condo. I would not stay there again. Brooks and Shorey misled me on where it was located. Next time I’ll check a map instead of taking their word.
