We had a great time. This was a beautiful place to stay We had easy access to pool and beach. Wonderful places to eat and things to do. I will recommend the place for sure.

The only negative things I have are the bed was very uncomfortable and headboard kept hitting the wall everytime you move in the bed which was annoying because I didn’t want neighbors to complain if we had any and the dishes were not clean at all, I pulled out a pan that had crumbs in it and a bowl that was very greasy so I didn’t like I basically had to wash my dishes before I used them. We are having our wedding there next year in May and that’s why we chose to stay in one of the condos there, it is a little scary because I don’t want my family and friends to experience those things as they are very picky but it’s a nice little resort.

The dining room table was very sticky. It had been repainted & then coated with something! Also, this unit is not ADA compliant. As retirees, we found getting in & out of the tiny bathtub difficult. This is not a unit we would stay in again!

The pull out couch was not useable due to brown stains on the mattress, which is likely a spilled coke or something similar but looked bad so we did not use it to sleep 2 of us! The master bedroom had a dead roach between the fitted sheet & top sheet!!! The ceiling fan in the twin bed room has a terrible ticking noise but thankfully there was a box fan in the closet we used & turned off the ceiling fan.

Reviewer Comments: My family spent last week in Fort Walton Beach.The place was nice and clean, the gulf had water blue and pretty, dolphins jumping in the Gulf. Sitting on the balcony you could see it all.

We saw dolphins everyday from our balcony. It was the best way to start our mornings. We were already recommending to friends during our stay. The entire process with Brooks and Shorey was so easy from day one. We hope to be back next year!
