I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The moment we walked in, you could feel the spacious layout of the condo. The adults had one side and the kids had the other. The living room was spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was the perfect size with all the necessary amenities. The view from the patio was amazing. The picture on the profile doesn't do it justice. We enjoyed out time there and would definitely come back.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025As far as the condo, it was clean except for the couch. When we pulled the cushions for the pull out bed we noticed the strong smell of urine. Notified Mandy, which I assume was the site manager. We were unable to use the couch during the stay as nothing was done about the smell. She did say they would deep clean, but this was never done. Also the first day, the elevator door jammed and we were stuck for about 10 minutes. There was no answer when pressing the emergency button. My 8yr old daughter was terrified and crying. I did call for help and HOA was notified. It finally started moving again and we were able to get off.

Reviewer Comments: Rented this place as somewhere to stay while my father-in-law has in the hospital. It was very nice to be able to have the open space and views to help take our mind off of things. It was quiet and the kids loved the pool and beach.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the week with no interuptions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture shows a little wear, but that was to be expected. All the attractions are within a mile or so. Very Nice We will be back for sure!
