IBR 5008: Waves of Wonder - Step into Paradise one Wave at a Time!!

We were on the 5th Floor and the view was just great. The Owner had some really nice high chair/stools that were just perfect to prop your feet up and watch the beach gowers go strolling by. Plenty of blankets, comforters, extra pillows, all fresh and clean. Kitchen utensils were plentiful and varied. Linen and towels were fresh and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves, and guest and neighbors were to a person friendly and outgoing without being overwhelming. Will definitely be thinking about coming back. The Property Management Company was excellent to work with and very helpful.

We will be going the condo route for now on!! We had the absolute best ocean view and the pool was perfect! The room was extremely clean and had everything and more that we needed. This was our first time to vacation with just our family and I was amazed at how easy it was to book everything and it was really easy to check in and all of the information we needed was sent to us so we could refer back to it at anytime! It was really easy, relaxing, and everything went smoothly!

Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a good location but needs to have the ceiling repaired, carpet replaced and ac repaired before it is rented again. The popcorn ceiling falls off onto the floor, bed, couch etc. You vacuum up but there is always ceiling on the floor. There is a bad smell to the unit which is covered up by a plug in air freshener which is worse. The carpet is nasty dirty and in need of replacement. The ac unit could not keep up and subsequently failed 5 days into the stay. The property management was quick in response and moved us to a different unit which turned out to be an absolute blessing. When you compare the first unit to the second unit, we were horribly overcharged and believe we are due compensation. We believe this is not a new and unknown problem - it needs to be rectified before it is rented again.

It had old carpet that smelled so bad it was hard to stay in one of the rooms. This 1st day there I had to hide a large bathroom rug in the closet to try to help with the smell. It smelled like it had probably been peed on multiple times. The 2nd bedroom carpet was so bad I couldn’t enter the room without gagging. One of my girls had to sleep with us and the other on the sofa sleeper. The building was in a great location and we enjoyed the pool area and beach service. We would probably stay here again but definitely in a different unit. We booked last minute and now I understand why this unit was still available.

Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we have stayed in November and was worried may be too cold. 65 and sunny was the perfect weather for us Missouri people. Able to get in the pool 2 days and only get a hint of a sunburn. The condo was great. The carpet was so nice to have on the cool nights. Great stay as always. I will have to remember this condo for next visit.
