Great property. Great location. Condo was well equipped, plenty of seating and clean and nicelydecorated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Islander 5006 is amazingly beautiful. We have stay at Islander in the past but this is our first time in 5006. They had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and even the pull out couch had a nice mattress for our grandkids to sleep on. Working with Brooks and Shorey Resorts was a nice experience, anytime I called and spoke with someone they were very professional and nice. We even got our text that we could enter the condo an hour early. When we return to Fort Walton we will definitely be staying at Islander 5006 ♥️

Walton Beach area. The balcony faces the beach, and everything you could want is available in the condo. The location is perfect, and we can't wait to go back!

However there was a jackhammer running from 9-5 which was very disturbing. We were notified 5 days prior to arrival of repairs approved by the HOA before our arrival. This left is no time to make other arrangements. I could smell chemical fumes while I was trying to enjoy the pool that was hampering a health condition. Shame on the HOA for allowing this to happen during peak vacation travel and shame on the property management company for acting surprised! Never again would I use either one. The wedding party was highe and the other guests complained and felt the same way.

Deck is massive and we felt we were in the middle of activities. Condo is beautifully decorated and furniture is comfortable, had everything we needed and wanted. Ice maker wasn’t working when we arrived, Mike from maintenance was diligent about getting it fixed, it was eventually replaced, maintenance was very attentive. Beach and heated pool are great. Would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The entire 7 days we were there showed us rain, mist, fog and clouds..and for a couple days could not differentiate fog from sand and ocean. We still enjoyed the condo itself because we happened to be the parents of the previous owners so it was like old times. We appreciated the newly painted walls and added furniture.

The complex is easy to get to, has beautiful views, and is in a great location. The condo had everything we needed. Even though the unit is right off the elevator, we never heard any extra noise. Can't wait to stay here again!
