IBR 4006: Blue Waters and Beyond - Salt in the Air and Sunshine in Your Soul!

Condo was exactly as described! Clean, nice decor and property/pool/beach were all great! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and this particular unit and we will definitely be back!

The beach access and pool were awesome. We took advantage of the Xplorie to book some local attractions. We plan to come again in the future.

The guest bed was terrible, we ended up having to go buy a pillow top mattress pad to make it bearable to sleep on & it was wobbly. Then, one night the bed completely broke when getting up to go to the restroom. The couple staying in the room is about to have a baby so she went sleep on the floor at 8 months pregnant since the sofa is meant for looks and not to actually be sat on since it’s so uncomfortable, not wide enough to sleep on, and there’s also no pull out bed. Brooks and Shorey came to our rescue and replaced the bed frame quickly but I hope the owners get an actual bed. Atleast 3 of the electrical outlets did not work but it was the broken outside one that was the most inconvenient.

The unit was as advertised. We chose Ft. Walton Beach specifically to avoid the crowds you find at Destin during the 4th of July holiday. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful beach just moments away from the condo. It was a nice surprise to get free umbrella and beach chairs for each day of our stay!

Access to the beach and other venues was good.

The only complaint that I have is the shower curtains were not long enough resulting in water leaking out all over the floor anytime we showered. Would definitely recommend for others to stay there!

King bed mattress seemed too be a little worn out on sides. Over all I LOVED the location and view was amazing. I have walking issues and the unit was very convenient from elevator, pool, and beach. Look forward to staying again. Brooks and Shorey is always very helpful with any of their rentals.
