Unit wasn’t clean. When we checked in the, property manager stated it was clean and ready to go. Floors were nasty. Mattress covers stained, we washed them before we could sleep on them and clean the unit. We did not call the office due to COVID concerns of people entering our unit. My hope is this is corrected so others can enjoy their vacation.

The property could be wonderful. Some units may be so. However, 401 is in great need of updating and a thorough cleaning. First time I have encountered no mattress pad on a bed - and in times of covid! All beds had much dust under bed. Closets and under bed used for owner stoage. A packed dishwasher had not been emptied. Chairs haphazardly placed instead of being placed to give good first appearance.. I personally vacuumed, reloaded dishwasher so dishes would come out clean on second washing. I vacuumed furniture. Kitchen table given lick and a promise cleaning. Vacuum canister full. Lint filter on dryer full. All lighting needs updating - bright bulbs and white shades would help. Tile floors should be steamed for sanitation after each gues.t. Very disappointed.. Two bedroom TV's did not work..
