Great property, very clean, great communication and great location!

The condo was clean, spacious and superbly located for both the beach and Pier Park amenities. Views from the balcony are stunning, especially at sunset.The Aqua resort’s parking garage provided easy access to all the kit we needed to bring for the Ironman weekend.Our host provided excellent instructions and communication before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay in this condo if we ever return to Panama City Beach.

Excellent property! The condo is beautifully decorated and had a unique layout with the master in the front with the ocean view and the other two bedrooms around the corner down a hallway. Perfect if you have kids. Kitchen was well stocked and absolutely love the glass walled balcony with the spectacular ocean view! The check in/check out instructions were excellent. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all. Highly recommend this property!

Great unit and property. Have stayed at several others in coming to area for over 15 years and this was best! Owner was thorough in getting all details to us in very timely manner and would respond quickly to any questions and the unit is just as pictures show, beautiful! Will definitely use again!

Great stay beachfront condo! Beautiful and clean! Property was as listed looked just like the photos. All the information we needed was provided by the host ahead of time - we did not need to contact the host at all. Beautiful balcony with chairs and beautiful gulf view - nice to be able to look through the glass partition to see the water. Living room and master bedroom with gorgeous ocean views. Accessed chairs with umbrellas on the beach each day was a plus! Short walk to Pier Park for restaurants and entertainment. Short walk or drive to Walmart for supplies.

Property was excellent, right on the beach, great amenities, beautiful top floor ocean view.

The condo was very nice and very comfortable. We loved the scenery and the sound of the Gulf!! I wished the parking deck had more handicap spaces or the security needs to check on placards and license plates, there were several cars parked illegally. Other then that it was an enjoyable experience!!!!

Our stay was excellent. My only request is that the owners upgrade the quality of the bed sheets.

This condo was immaculate, beautiful, and so spacious. The view is even better in person! We did run into a couple of issues that the owner could not have foreseen. But he was very prompt in communication and working to fix any issue. I would definitely stay there again!

This condo is fantastic! View is amazing. Owner was very responsive. Couple things for those staying there in the future. -You have to shut the door from the patio to master bedroom VERY forcefully in order for it to latch. -The freezer has a tendency to open a tiny bit when you open the fridge. It’s hard to even notice it is open.

This unit is awesome on the corner of top floor. Loved watching the ocean from the patio if i wasnt in it. Great location & within walking to distance to our favorite places. We loved it

It was a pleasure to rent from Dan and Barbara. The unit was just as nice in person, as it was on the listing. The condo (and the Aqua property) was immaculate! Great color schemes, very nice furniture, and comfy beds. Tastefully decorated, and the views were top notch from the 23rd floor. Our family highly recommends this condo.

This condo was perfect for our needs and family, it was exactly as advertised. We will be back next year for sure. The condo was so close to Pier Park, shopping and restaurants! Thanks for allowing us to stay here.

Stayed a week 7 adults 2 children water was great it was crowded at PC so we had to have patience. The two small issues we had were settled quickly by our condo owner.

This penthouse is absolutely The Best!! The beds and couch are very comfortable, it has a fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and absolutely gorgeous views. Aqua has tranquil water features, landscaping and nice swimming pools. Great location if you’re looking to stay right on the beautiful gulf beach in PCB. Owner is very professional and attentive about sending information regarding your upcoming stay. Super clean penthouse to stay in if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We definitely plan to stay in this penthouse again and again!!

This property is beautiful. Lovely decor, clean, plenty of towels, and amazing view with the glass rail! It was nice to have starter set of soaps and paper products. The kitchen was well stocked. No problems with wait times for the elevators. It was so nice to have set of beach chairs included. We appreciated the larger third bedroom with more than just bunks for my very tall teenagers. Very convenient to places to eat, and Huge Walmart for anything else you could need. The pool area had a convenient snack shop for snacks/drinks to grab during the day. The workout room on the first floor was nice too with plenty of space and most equipment you would expect. The only thing to think about bringing would be a blanket for hanging out on the couch and some plastic containers for saving leftovers. Thank you for a great family vacation!!
