We had a very pleasant stay, I received all the instructions needed ahead of time from Charlene, plus restaurants recommendations. We loved the apartment, we had everything we needed for our short vacation. The location is great, right on the beach, with a nice access, and very close to Coligny Plaza. The 2 bikes are very nice and the trail's access is right across the street.

Beautiful location with ease of access to beach and dining and shopping nearby. The condo was equiped very well but the furniture was uncomfortable.

We had been going to HHI every year until the pandemic kept us away. Our usual rental location had been sold so we had to shop around. Charlene was ever attentive to my various questions and her condo was perfect. Perfect location, updated, and ocean view.

Charlene was immediately responsive to questions or concerns. The condo was clean and well appointed.

Great place to stay! Charlene was amazing and took care of everything! Only thing I would change is the pool. It’s not heated and it gets little to no sun where it’s located.

This is a lovely place very close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. It was clean and had 4 beach chairs with umbrella for use. If you bring a child, know that the extra child bed is in the same room as the main bedroom. Perfect for a couple’s get away.

Perfect long weekend getaway location. Close proximity to the beach and shopping/dining. The space was clean and we appreciated the beach chairs/umbrellas available for use.

The condo is in a great location. It is minutes from the beach, dining, and shopping. The condo complex was quiet. We never heard our neighbors to the side of us or above or below us. The condo owner was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Charlene was great to work with. The condo was clean and well equipped. Seaside Villas are very convenient to beach and have a great area to rinse off after leaving beach. Condo is very convenient to all attractions at Hilton Head. Charlene was also very helpful after we arrived by answering our questions. Thank you!We will be going again!

The villa was perfect. Location was excellent. The kitchen looked like it was recently updated. I would definitely rent this villa again.

We loved our 2 weeks in this immaculate condo with a great view. We had everything we needed and our host was extremely helpful and readily available when we had a few questions. The beach is beautiful and restaurants and shopping are a short walk (or drive) away. Within just a couple of days, we decided to come back next year and hopefully make it an annual trip.

We had a few glitches upon check-in that were no fault of the owner and as soon as she was able, everything was figured out. Views were beautiful and location was great! Place was clean and had what we needed. Easy to walk to the beach and Coligny plaza area for coffee, food, shops, etc… would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Enjoyed the location, easy access to the beach, loved the view of beach from deck. Host was easy to communicate with, and we found the condo in clean shape.

Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful weather. Alot of restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful dinner at Quarter Deck. Totally enjoyed ourselves.

Loved the cozy space with easy beach access and closeness to amenities. Appreciated the owner's responsiveness and restaurant recommendations. Would have liked a cutting board, paring knife, and a few more pieces of cookware for those of us who like to eat in.

EVERYTHING about this stay was perfect! Not one hiccup!! The condo is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect! Clean and so beautifully decorated! The host is beyond gracious and helpful! You will NOT be disappointed!

Honestly, this unit seemed new which of course made for a very pleasant stay. It had a great view and easy access to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't use them, bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella were available. The host was very communicative and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to this particular unit soon.
