Stayed Sep 26, 2025The location was great. Close to Main Street and the river. Great balcony for morning coffee. Kitchen fully stocked including a plethora of spices and condiments. The only challenge was the oven and microwave which didn’t meet our expectations. The oven would not warm up enough to cook food and the microwave is on its last leg. We did use the outdoor grill to cook steaks!

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Our group stayed here as part of a friends trip to the area. The property is in a great location to enjoy town without having to drive. The condo is a little older in features and furnishings but was comfortable and clean. It worked out very well for our group.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Had a great time at this property. Clean, safe, friendly, and located an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Ouray. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and easily fit two small families. The mattresses were a tad bit uncomfortable, but honestly we didn’t spend much time worrying about it, as we were too busy enjoying the family time and the views. Would come again!
