Stayed Sep 29, 2025My original booking with VRBO fell through, and I was able to find this listing. It was the best thing that could have happened! JC was very accomodating and responsive to any question or issue that we had during our stay. The property ws clean and very well kept. It was also very convenient for any shopping we had to do, with Target right next door and Kroger 2 minutes away. There was also a variety of eateries that was in walking distance. If i wver have cause to go back to that area, this listing will be my first (and hopefully only) stop

Stayed Oct 30, 2024My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024You can't go wrong with this place. To be fair the neighborhood looks a bit sketch but I didn't feel scared. The pool was dirty but we still swam a bit. The check in and out process was excellent and communication couldn't have been better.
