Balcony view excellent Sofa and chair looking out of room to beach from room needed a deep cleaning or replacing. Nasty cushions.

Everything was clean and the location was absolutely perfect. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever had!

Beautiful location. Water and weather was perfect. Everyone was very nice. Our room 902 smelled like a dog and that was the only thing that bothered us.

Floors were not very clean. Location was perfect

The room had a very bad musty smell. Had to go to Walmart to buy air fresheners. The room also seemed smaller than what the pictures showed. The A/C never stayed at one temperature. I would set it at 72 and a few hours later it would be set at 82. The dish network never worked in the living room and in the bedroom we kept losing signal.

Comfortable and clean, and the view of the Gulf of Mexico was awesome!

Condo was located right on the beach and very close to many restaurants and shops. Condo was exactly like the picture and as described.

We had a wonderful trip and was really comfortable in our room. Only down side was the amount of time we had to wait for an elevator.

Perfect location.

We enjoyed the condo. It was within walking distance to the beach and to some good eating places. We felt the sofa in the condo was not comfortable to us. And one of the elevators was out on and off while we were there.

The staff was friendly. The room was excellent.

Great experience

Great location, beautiful view. 4:00 check in was actually 5:00. Accommodations were very clean. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Furniture on balcony is very nice; however, it is very uncomfortable and you cannot sit at it for any length of time.

Nice and clean! We also thoroughly enjoyed the view, beach access and proximity to restaurants, music, and other shopping. We plan to be back soon!

This condo was great for our family of 3. The bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable, but the pull out in the main area was the most comfortable pullout I’ve ever stayed on. The view was amazing! Can’t be beat for the price.

Brett Robinson Management made the check-in process seamless with emailed & texted links, check-in instructions, room entry code, and check out instructions. The location has Bahama Bob's right next door, ice cream & pizza right across the street, half mile walk to The Hangout. The room itself was nice, 9th floor, right at the elevators and had everything you'd expect in a VRBO condo. The bunk beds would be sufficient for two shorter guests, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
