Just steps away, the second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day at the beach.

The Neighborhood:

Harbour Place is a smaller complex surrounded by like size condos which allows guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers.

Getting Around:

Guest parking is first come, first serve. There is covered garage parking and non-covered parking.



Guests are allowed 2 parking spots per unit.



Uber and Lyft are available.

️ Your dates aren’t available No worries! We have three other units in the building. Reach out to ask about availability!



️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away there is an additional charge.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
