Stayed Mar 12, 2025The great thing about this space was it is in the middle of everything, but also far enough away it was like a great overview of Lake Havasu and everything it has to offer. We actually stayed to do a Triathlon at the State Park. Best location possible for this event. The things we enjoyed was the amazing activity with the outdoor space, including dining, seating and grill which we took full advantage of. The place was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was very quiet, other than the boats on the canal, which is expected but not noticeable with the doors shut. We enjoy cooking in and just relaxing and had everything we needed. It was great to have the canal to walk each day and the sunsets in the evening were spectacular. I plan to stay again and bring another couple with us.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024Tali was the perfect host. He was very responsive when I had questions. The condo has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Large balcony with comfy furniture.Try out ChaBones restaurant literally across the street. A great happy hour and upscale food choices.
