Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This remodeled 1BR/1BA condominium sleeps up to 4 and puts you within walking distance of shops, dining, trails, and the free shuttle to Eagle and Main Lodge.



The Space:

Settle into a cozy, well-appointed condo designed for easy mountain getaways. The living room offers ample seating around a 37 Smart TV, DVD player, and a wood‑burning fireplace (firewood provided)—perfect after a day on the slopes or trails. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected, and there’s a secure ski/board storage closet just outside the front door.

Cook at home in a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig (pods not provided), blender, and cookware. A built-in breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table seats 6, making mealtime simple. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find a comfortable primary bedroom plus a built-in bunk alcove, and an additional queen sleeper sofa if you’d like to spread out.



You’ll also have access to Horizons 4’s year-round community amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot is first‑come, first‑served. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• WiFi: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: Horizons 4 is not a pet-friendly complex—no pets are allowed.

• Community amenities: Managed by the HOA; availability, hours, and seasonal operations may vary.

• Winter access to amenities: During winter, the back gate/walkways to the pool area may be closed due to heavy snowfall. Please access the hot tub and clubhouse from the gate facing Azimuth Road.

• Seasonal note: Winter weather and road conditions can be unpredictable in Mammoth. Please plan travel accordingly.

• Laundry: Communal laundry facilities are available year‑round.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    Good: nice location near restaurants and shops off of Old Mammoth Road; cozy space, useful ski and boot storage nook in hallway, near ski shuttle. Bad: Abominable communication and check-in. The instructions are unintelligible, giving an access code which is actually for a lockbox at an office located blocks away in a shopping center (but no address given for the office!). I managed to arrive at the office anyway, and the lockbox was empty, no key. The way to get into the condo is by an access code on a key pad on the door, but they don't give you the freakin access code. This was the Three Stooges and is an ongoing problem they won't fix, judging from past reviews.

    The location was perfect! Close to the grocery store, movie theater, coffee shops, and with easy access to the bus that takes you directly to the ski lifts. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked with all the necessities we needed. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!

    Great stay! Bus stop right outside, walkable to Vons and many other restaurants & bars. Was given the wrong access code and arrived at 1am, texted the 24/7 number and got a new code within minutes. Great customer service.

    Place was a right fit for our family of four. It was clean and has everything needed. We got fast responses from managing company whenever we texted them. Tip: take portable safety guard rail with you, if you consider a child to sleep on top of the bunk bed. We liked the place and we will return again.

    The property was good. Enough space for all of us, had all the utensils, towels, etc. The only thing I would recommend is to remove the microwave that is not working. There are two in the apartment, but one is not working, just taking space. The other thing, the drain in the shower was plugged before we use the bathroom, so when we used it, the water stayed and drained very slowly. It would be good to check it in advanced.Overall the stay was very pleasant, the communication with the host was great, very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay again.

    I had a difficult time getting the lock to open to get the keys. However, everything else was good. There were still some snow in certain areas so the pool was closed, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The room was amazing. I loved how everything was set up. It was the perfect little place for my best friend and two kids. They even loved the heater in the bathroom, lol. My kids have been asking to go back for another trip. I definitely would recommend this place!

    Clean and well equipped. Check-in was painless once we found the office. We appreciated the ground-floor location. The unit had some nice upgrades. Thankfully bath towels were included (not listed). Since we were just two, we didn't try the sofa bed or bunks. We appreciated the bedroom dresser. The location was convenient for our summer activities. Note--the hair drier did not work and a couple overhead lights were inoperable. As described, the pool, etc were out of service.

    The condo was close to the Motocross Track and every convince; shopping, restaurants, golf, movies. They provided everything needed to have the comforts of home. The condo was very clean with ample space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider this condo for our trip next year.

    The host was very responsive to our needs, whether it was sending a loaner microwave when the one in unit wasn't working or getting a snow shovel, extra keys for my friend, or extra matches and fire starter to us. When looking for the hot tub, the host also made sure to text me a map and let me know I needed to bring my key to get in. The place was clean and cozy - the perfect place to wait out a crazy storm. Very close to the slopes as well. We had a lovely stay!

    The property was just as advertised. However they should have notified me that there was construction going on. Both of the units adjacent to mine had flooring repairs going on and the roof was being done while I was there. The property management should have informed me of the roof replacement, I don't think they knew about the flooring work in the adjacent units until after the work was in progress. That being said, the property itself is really nice. This is the second time I have stayed there (not in the same units). Needs more propane barbeques on the property. Could have been higher rating if the construction was not going on.
