Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This 2BR/2BA condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within walking distance of restaurants and Vons, with easy access to the Eagle Lodge shuttle, trails, and year-round community amenities.



The Space:

Set in the Horizons 4 community, this family-friendly condo offers a simple, comfortable retreat close to everything you come to Mammoth for. The living room invites you to unwind with a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and DVD player; one of the sofas converts to a sleeper for added flexibility. The full kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and the basics for easy meals, and there’s a dining table where you can gather and recap the day.

Onsite community amenities make downtime easy: relax in the year-round hot tub and sauna, or head to the rec room for ping pong, a pool table, and video games. In summer, enjoy the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations. Laundry facilities are available year-round. Unassigned parking is provided for up to two vehicles.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit upon arrival.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with the HOA.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry are typically available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are typically available in summer only. All community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability is subject to change.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: You’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Vons. The local shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge is nearby. Sierra Star Golf Course, Mammoth Meadow, and Mammoth Creek are also close by, with many parks, paths, and family spots a short drive away.

    Host info book was outdated. WiFi info was wrong. We couldn’t figure out how to work pellet stove. I thought unit had a wood burning fireplace. Microwave door broken. Kitchen had many old pans that were warped. Plumbing problem was fixed in a timely manner..

    Good property with access to the green and red lines. Good and clean place to stay. Issues with the kitchen though that should be fixed. Microwave handle broken and at least 1 burner does not work.

    We have stayed at a lot of different units here at Horizons 4 for over 20 years. This unit has many of the upgrades we like. There are a couple things that should be addressed like the second bedroom shower valves are hard to turn on and they need to be serviced and lubricated. The other thing that should be addressed is the kitchen lights and the lights above the sofa should have dimmers installed so you can control the brightness. And the blinds covering the slider has one strip missing that needs to be replaced. Other than those couple minor things we loved our stay at this condo and we would definitely stay there again.

    The property was nothing fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. It would have been a great value if the internet had worked. Unfortunately, it didn’t work at all during our stay, which was a major problem, as the trip was planned around my husband being able to work part-time remotely.The management company was very quick to respond and apologetic, which we appreciated. However, despite their responsiveness, no effort was made to fix the issue during the entire week we were there. This led us to believe the owner was already aware of the problem but continued to advertise the property as having internet. That felt misleading and frankly dishonest.If reliable internet isn’t essential to your stay, this might still be a good option. But for us, it was a frustrating experience that could have been avoided with more honest communication.

    Stayed for a long weekend. Everything was clean but it was missing some necessary items such as a toaster and some other kitchen items one would assume would be present. Also the towels were really cheap and the bed was too soft but otherwise was ok. I would stay there again,

    We have stayed in Mammoth condos for over 35 years. Horizons 4 is by no means a new fancy spot, but offers a solid family accommodation with badic amenities. Kitchen is alright with a variety of just ok pans, but needs some more lids. Coffee maker is cheap but at least there were filters. We cooked 4 meals for 4 without major issues. Beds are a bit saggy. A hair and fuzz on the otherwise clean sheets and some darker marks on the white towels kinda put a damper on feeling comfy. A new smart TV for living room so you could stream would be nice. Wifi was fine. Curtains in bedroom are tired. Shower in master is TINY. Stove in living room is so loud we honestly think it may need to be serviced, but it kept the living space toasty warm.Location is great! Short drive to Eagle and shopping. First floor makes a huge difference in unpacking your cars. Communication with host was good. No issues with check in.

    We had a wonderful time at Horizons. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. It is very close to the shops and restaurants. I'd stay here again.
