Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base at Horizons 4! This comfortable condominium sleeps up to 5 and keeps you close to shops, trails, the shuttle to Eagle Lodge, and great on-site amenities.



The Space:

Settle into a cozy, easygoing condo with 1 bedroom, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms—great for families or a small group. The living room invites you to unwind with a wood-burning fireplace, mounted flat-screen TV, and DVD player. WiFi is provided to keep everyone connected.

Cook at home in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a slow cooker, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and pots/pans. Share meals at the dining table for 6. In warmer months, slide open the glass doors for fresh mountain air or step out to the balcony for pine views. Gear up easily with a handy mudroom wall for hanging coats and winter equipment.



On-site community amenities make downtime fun: enjoy the year-round hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities. In summer, the communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations open for even more to do. Unassigned outdoor parking is available for two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis; permits are required.

• Stairs: The loft sleeping area is upstairs.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our Mammoth Lakes location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This is a no-pet property per HOA rules.

• Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and seasonal closures (including pool, tennis, BBQs) are subject to change.

• Community laundry facilities are available year-round.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location logistics: A nearby Green Line shuttle stop runs to Eagle Lodge and The Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails are within walking distance; Snowcreek Golf Course is a short drive. You’re also close to parks, the Town Loop Path, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), the Community Ice Rink/CRC (seasonal), Minaret Village (Vons), Main St/Old Mammoth Rd shops, The Village at Mammoth, Mammoth Museum (seasonal), and local playgrounds.

    Great communication, super clean and fully stocked with the nicest appliances and everything you need in the kitchen to cook (blender, crock pot, drip or pod coffee maker, etc.). The beds were newer and so comfortable and the location is perfect—a short walk to the free trolley. FYI the game room no longer has the arcade games. We loved this place though and will be back!

    Good location, but property manager communication could be better. Clean and cozy condo with updates except bathrooms where showers are showing wear. The towel hanger fell because the glue wore off. The shower door in the loft bathroom does not close all the way. Kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable, but thermostat/heat is inconsistent. Property manager communication is poor. They provided no maps for the condo complex, and sent us the wrong door code so we had trouble accessing the condo at night. When we called them for help, the phone rang multiple times and went to voicemail before someone answered on the next call; the person seemed distracted by a child crying in the background, and it took them a while to reset the code and give access to the property. It seems that they use an AI chatbot for texts - when you send messages and request information, some of the responses are non-sensical and inaccurate. We asked for the location of the hot tub and sauna and were told to go to the management company's office at Old Mammoth Road. Of course, the office was closed, and there was no hot tub/sauna there. We had to walk around the condo complex to look for the spa area as it was not conspicuously marked. The inconvenience and frustration could have been avoided had they provided a map -- we asked several times before they sent one.

    I have rented this property previously and so when my son and I planned our trip for during his spring break, I booed it again. It is exactly as described. Clean, nicely laid out and convenient. We had a water heater issue and the owner response and communication was excellent. It was fixed the same day. If you are a group/family of 4 this is a perfect size. I am looking forward to booking again next winter

    Great use of space for a family. Spacious floor plan for family dinners and fireplace. We enjoyed the recreation center with games and jacuzzi/sauna. Location to town was very convenient for groceries and out door equipment. Will definitely be returning for another stay.

    It was originally going to be my son, his college best friend and me. It ended up just my son and me. The place is the perfect size for 4 adults. The loft is a pretty cool set-up, with a bathroom and shower and two beds. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is nice and had all we needed, plus the layout makes it easy to clean. The place was very clean. It isn't a large place, but the space is used very well. I plan on renting again this winter.

    We enjoyed staying this place. The kitchen has many plates, caps, utensils and necessary appliances. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have a bathroom on the loft.

    This place is fantastic. just what the doctor ordered. kids loved the loft and the kitchen is great for cooking something up. clean organized and super comfortable. I only drove up and down Meridien the entire time being there - trip to the Vons and up to Eagle lift. Will be back again for sure!

    Condo was located in a great location with a very easy check-in process. It is well set-up to accommodate a family/small group of friends. Would definitely recommend!

    Overall, this was a good place to stay. The main area of the condo was very nice and the loft was a pretty cool touch. The bathroom toilet/showers could use a little update but other than that everything was fine and I'd stay here again.
