Stayed Jun 19, 2018We decided to book this condo because of the size, and how close it was to Yosemite. We loved it. It had everything we needed, including pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. We were able to fit 6 people there, very comfortably. The only issue was the toilet in our room didn't always flush well. Overall we loved it and would go back again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 35 years staying at horizons 4. The grounds are kept up but the game room and pool area needs attention. Ping pong paddles are terrible, video games don’t work , and very few chairs at poolside. Great location you can walk into town. Mammoth Mountain reservations were wonderful.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Beautifully updated condo, tastefully decorated, fully stocked and right across the street from the bus stop. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. The fireplace added to the coziness!

We will definitely stay at 169 again! Disappointed with reservation company for not notifying us of the pool closure and no use of washer and dryer.

Rooms have comfortable beds. Easy access ground floor unit. Plenty of parking out front. Short walk to large jacuzzi. No complaints.
