Horizon South 54205: Great 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath with Bunk Beds, Sleeps 6

Checking into the condo was a breeze.

Very clean. Great location.

We absolutely loved this condo. Just perfect for me and my husband, very clean and comfortable. Loved the 2 bathrooms that were so convenient. We would love to stay in this exact condo again. Made friends with some of the neighbors who were exceptional. The pool was great. Thank you for Hosting us! We were celebrating our 47th anniversary.

Arriving to place very hard office to find, this is more of a local residential place. Older not so nice people, the unit is very dated, had bugs, broken fixtures and appliances I have been seeking, refund since day of check in, no help fromVRBO, talked to about 9 different Indian people, with no help, slept in our car the first night, we walked in into at 415 and left by 430, linens were stained brown and black, the fridge had rust and mold on it, bedfram had roaches, and the pictures had roaches in them, did not smell clean at all. Highly do not recommend! Pictures are not at all what you walk into. HOA not aware of conditions of units must pay 20 per person and then 25 for parking so do not use this place! I would give 0 stars if I could

Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our trip.This was a great location! We however did not enjoy our stay here for many reasons. We are low maintenance and not hard to please but as soon as I walked in the unit and went to the deck the door knob came straight off and we had no access to get out there for 2 days basically. I don’t think this unit was even checked before we checked in. The light fixture in hallway was hanging by 2 wires. The curtain rod in the living room had no screws and fell down. Smoke alarm missing in the hallway. Work order was put in as soon as we got there and they came to make repairs 2 days later. All the dishes were very dirty and has to be washed and this unit only had 1 fork so had to go buy forks. The master bedroom has no tv as the listing states. Not a big deal but it’s false advertising. Lastly and the most important thing is we seen multiple roaches through out this unit which absolutely creeped us out. I contacted the owner and they stated they would report it to the HOA but nothing was done or even check out. Overall not exactly what we expected!

Had a great time,walking distance to the beach and short drive to eat.parking pass cost of $25.00 and armband cost of $20.00 each person was rediculous along with constant harassment about wearing armbands and hurrying to get your parking pass. I am on vacation and do not want to wear a armband every minute of my vacation after I already paid for my room stay. Manager needs to work on armband and parking pass issue!

Overall, we had a great stay! A few things I wanted to make you aware of, were that we saw several roaches and more at night. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and we could not get the tv to pick up anything or any channels

This place looks better in person. Very convenient and clean.

Condo is in need of some upgrades, fresh paint, etc. a lot of burned out and missing light bulbs. Could use a good cleaning. Good location, quiet neighbors. Price was right.

Very nice place. Would stay again.
