Rules & Regulations:
- Individual booking must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
- No guests are permitted to rent or operate golf carts, slingshots, mopeds, larger trucks, commercial vehicles, motorhomes, travel trailers, bicycles, skates, skateboards, rollerblades or pedal scooters during their stay. Any such vehicles found on property will be towed immediately.
- Parking security cameras are located throughout the Resort.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed.

Registration Info:
- Upon arrival at Horizon South, it is mandatory that all guests register and purchase a wristband and a parking pass with Property Management at the main office building by the pools. Office hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM CST.
- All guests MUST wear a wristband at ALL times while on Horizon South premises even when amenities are not being utilized.
- Short-term vehicle parking pass (maximum two vehicles) $25.00/vehicle (up to 10 days) must be hung from the rear view-mirror to be clearly visible with the condo unit # and expiration date.
- Extended-stay (snowbird) vehicle parking (maximum two vehicles) (60 days or longer) will pay $50.00/six-month period and parking pass must be hung from the rear view-mirror to be clearly visible with the condo unit #
and expiration date.
- Non-paying vehicle parking passes (24-hour pass) will be free. The pass will display the condo unit # and an expiration time not to exceed 24 hours from issuance. In the event a visitor remains on property longer than 24
hours, all parking fees will apply.
- Short-term guest wristbands are $20.00/guest 6 years of age and older (up to 10 ten days)
- Extended-stay guest (Snowbirds) wristbands are $40.00/guest/stay.
- All payments must be debit or credit card ONLY. NO cash can be accepted.

    The area was under construction, but we were given great directions on where to go and park. The property had so many amenities and close to the beach (which we love). The condo was super cute and accommodated us well. The cleanliness of it was clean but definitely looked like a quick clean. Things were dusty and just needed a little more attention done when cleaning. But I'm also an OCD cleaner lol.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Horizon. I would definitely stay again. It was close to the pools and a short walk to the beach. There was a wagon so it made it easy to take the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. Very quiet area of PCB. We had one frustration with the complex doing construction and us losing water on two separate occassions but the owner was quick to respond to my message. I would definitely stay again! The restaurant, Coconuts, right outside the complex was delicious as well.

    We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It was nice to be able to just pull right up to the condo itself as opposed to parking in a big parking garage and having to haul luggage to and from. This condo itself was adorable and the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. It was so close to the pool area. Loved the multiple pool options! Not far from the beach either. I would definitely stay at this condo again, and if it’s not available I will be looking for other options on the property. It was clean, organized, had starter toiletries, and ample parking outside.
