Hook Wine & Sinker - Beachfront Condo, 6th Floor

First off, the communication and how accommodating our host was, 5 stars! I always had a person to talk to during business hours. Part of our group arrived a day early, which a quick call to our host and they allowed me to purchase an extra day immediately, allowing them to enter the property that day! Fantastic support on their part! The unit was immaculate and the staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge and my whole family loved the design. One thing to keep in mind, this property was HUGE, one of the larger complexes I've ever stayed in, along with the size and design of the pool it attracts more families with kids. The attached garage was nice but very tight, so if you're driving a truck or large suv you're going to have to take it very slow and careful. The location of the property was a huge plus, many restaurants and stores were within a few minutes walking distance, we only took the car out a few times during our stay as the beach was our main reason for coming. Now the only negative my group had from the trip(which this is completely out of the host's control! They're fantastic to work with and this is just a heads up for groups like us with no kids) is being from illinois we're unaware of a fall break. We purposely vacation during months that are thought to have less crowds(i.e. october/september), during the first 2 weeks of october the beach is packed! Similar to the summer months, so plan accordingly.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay!! The condo was very clean. It was also equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We loved the close proximity to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be returning!!

The property is so cute and decorated beautifully. The view is amazing!!! Unfortunately the 2 king beds are uncomfortable. The master has a huge dip in the middle and the other is slanted so your feet are above you head. Also, the second king room is extremely hot. The TVs in both the king rooms didn’t work properly. And the AC didn’t cool the last 2 days we were there. All minor fixes.

Great view! Nice 3 bedroom layout. Lovely balcony. Laundry did not work well. Dryer broken, master bed needs supports underneath. The elevator situation is bad.

Good Location beach view. Next door to Pineapple Willy's. Which we Loved. Unit overall good . Pools were good .We enjoyed staying. Host was responsive.

Overall decent condo but some definite improvements are necessary. The kitchen cabinets were one cup or pan away from breaking. Pots and pans were dirty. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. The shower rod in the master was broken and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. There was a noise coming from an adjacent condo and was so loud we had to sleep with bathroom door closed, sounded like constant running water. Location was a plus. Close to stores and restaurants. Noise from beach easily heard.

Overall our stay was great check in was easy once we made it past the initial front gate we arrived and the condo was not clean so it pushed our process back so instead of checking in with our belongings at 4pm it was more like 7pm after driving 6+ hrs and after I reached out to management bc our unit was not cleaned from the previous residents. Parking Garage is very tight so be cautious while driving and parking Elevator is very slow but. Over all we enjoyed our stay the location is Great close to lots of attractions and restaurants and the view is absolutely amazing.

Loved staying in your condo at shores of Panama. Great views ?. The furniture in living room could use more seating but other than that Everything was great ?
