Great accomodation, location and view! Our stay was very comfortable. The place was equipped with all the necessary amenities and was very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation and we could really feel that the owners care a lot about their guests!

Everything was so clean and comfortable. We will be returning the next time we visit the north shore!!

The unit is good-the bed is comfortable and it was perfectly adequate for my husband and my stay. We appreciated that the TV had all the streaming capabilities so we were able to watch the Olympics in the evening. The bathroom is also nicely updated and we were happy to see beach chairs available.On the negative side-the condo is clean but is pretty tired looking. Also-because the bedroom is at the front of the unit anyone walking up the stairs or closing doors on the adjacent units can be heard and is quite loud.

The Hideaway had great space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool that was just steps away was beautiful and not busy at all. The Turtle Bay resort was a short walk away and it was a great place to watch the sunset.

It’s a lovely condo on the 2nd floor surrounded by greenery. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the rain and birds. It was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. The area is surrounded by beautiful beaches and surf. We would come back to enjoy to property again.The host was easy to get a hold of and promptly answered any questions we had.

This little slice of paradise was exactly what was described. The hosts are fantastic and the directions they provided for everything was spot on. Anyone who gets confused are not reading the directions properly. Honu Kai Hideaway is in the best location, close to everything. I just wish we spent less days in Waikiki and more at the North Shore and Honu Kai Hideaway. We had such a relaxing 4 days there and it really felt like home. It has everything you would need. The bathroom is so nice with soft, fluffy towels. The open kitchen & lounge is great and you can see the ocean from the lounge. It was beautiful sitting out in the lanai at any time listening to the birds and looking at either the garden surrounds or the ocean. There is a great breeze that goes straight through so we didn't need to use the air conditioner at all. There is an air con in the bedroom but we didn't use this either, just the ceiling fan was all we needed. No bugs at all but we are from Queensland Australia so ours are a lot worse anyway. The whole place was so clean and inviting. The pool was awesome, very refreshing. We spent the last afternoon swimming at the Turtle Bay resort beach where 2 Honu's were happily swimming around us. We really felt like we were on a Hawaiian holiday. This was the perfect place to celebrate my Mums 80th birthday. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing will come back

The owners are amazing. We’ll start there. Property is perfectly located to soak in all the north shore has to offer and if chaos is what you seek, it’s a beautiful and relaxing drive to the Waikiki and Honolulu area. Property serves as a perfect base camp and at night, open the screen doors and a beautiful tropical breeze blows with no need for AC. Little girl and I loved our stay!

No restaurants ...only food trucks.The loft was locked. Could NOT enter.Gym on site count us 100 per day - give me a break

Turtle Bay Resort is ideal for unwinding after a week at Waikiki.

Property is well maintained and comfortable. There is a new AC unit in the bedroom but we didn’t need it as the ceiling fan and air through sliding lanai door kept us cool. The hosts were very responsive and the key pickup instructions easy to follow. My husband enjoyed the pools and there were nice walkable beaches. Very laid back area of the island. Enjoyed our time there!

We have been coming to this condo for several years. The owners are easy to communicate with and every year they have upgraded the property to make it even more comfortable. The location next to the Turtle Bay resort is fabulous for swimming, hiking, surfing and viewing wildlife.

Loved this golf course condo with extra windows we didn’t see in other units that enhanced the wrap around view.Easy walk to pool, beach, restaurants. Bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture.I loved the dishwasher so much I may buy one just like it.Full size washer and dryer in unit.Stairs to reach the condo are very steep so be prepared in advance.

Well maintained property with the best views of all the condos nearby. This is not one of those condos facing your neighbors and the parking lot.Situated on the second floor, the unit gave us privacy and even a view of the breakers in the distance.We are not golfers, but the undulating green fairways catch the low-angle sunlight in wonderful ways. Then there are the many birds, including albatross.Loved the access to trails in all directions. And Kahuku Farms is just 5 minutes down the road.Great cross-ventilation and window screens meant no A/C needed (Jan).Owners were particularly helpful and communicative. We are grateful.

My wife and I had great time staying here! The beach was a short walk through the closed down portion of the golf course. We loved walking the trails. Also fun walk down to the hotel for lunches and dinner.

Beautiful View, pretty nice place.

The condo is a terrific spot and definitely recommend it for a couple. Lived having the Ritz so close by to go watch beautiful sunsets at the resort bar and a bit to eat. All amenities that are important for the condo are provided. Henri n Natalie

Great unit. Lots of recent upgrades since our last stay. Beautiful new shower, very nice new sliding glass door. AC is great. Great plank flooring. One of the nicer units at the Kuilima Condo’s. We will be back.

This condo was perfect for 2 people. Very relaxing with the tropical breeze flowing through. The condo had all the amenities needed for our stay. The property on turtle bay had everything from walking paths, pool, restaurants and the beach. This place is worth coming back to.

Had a restful re-charge at Honu Kai Hideaway! Views of the North Shore water and waves from the living room and deck. Bright and comfortable and handy beach towels and beach chairs were appreciated! We cooked breakfast in the morning and explored nearby for dinners. Awesome peace away from city.
