The first of all, we didn't get any info about check in instruction. It was so hard to find it. We have got incorrect address and name of property (it was confusing). I was very disappointed. We spent so much time to find it. It was very hot inside, no air conditioning, but the big problem was no mosquito net on the window. We fought with moskitos and flying gigantic bugs. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. When you get a shower, you get whole bath of water. The sofa was very bad. I can't sleep well, because of iron bars in my back. Horrible sofa. The bed in the bedroom was old and not comfortable. The carpet had a lot of stains. I would say this condo not worth this amount of money. Some pictures in advertisment not correct. The pool was not cleaned. The good things are: the condo was properly cleaned, the good kitchen, clean towels and sheets.

If you are going to charge 4 Seasons prices, then at least change the Holly Hobbie bead spread after Regan left the White House. EVERYTHING about this rental is cheap except the rate - it's very high. Yes kind of close to Eagle, but the place is generally terrible and a lot of broken everything.The company we booked with also not responsive and provides terrible instructions. We got an envelop with two keys and a parking pass and NO instruction on how to navigate a very confusing property. You go to the address and there are no condos at the address. It turns out the condo is two building over, but no directions, map, instruction or manager to guide. Again 4 Seasons price and lousy service. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Typically my wife and I like to be closer to Eagle lodge, but this wasn’t a bad walk. Kitchen was well equiped, and the Samsung tv played nicely with our apple devices so we could stream content from our devices. Bed was comfortable and I liked that it had two sinks, ski storage area and plenty of hooks.

One of the bar stools was falling apart. The living room sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sleep in. Bedroom bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but was fully supplied with everything to cook. Water was warm and had ample pressure. The complex was damaged by the record setting snowfall and not all walkways were cleared of snow. One spa was not operational, another was luke warm to cold, and another was extremely hot (too hot), and one of the air jets did not work. Melting snow was seeping significantly through the foundation and into the underground parking and stairwell, had to walk around and through puddles of water, including the stairwell.

Reviewer Comments: Vintage shouldn't be an excuse to just not replace anything that's old and broken.Two heaters in the living room area - one had no knob and said don't use, the other had a knob which wouldn't turn. We couldn't adjust the heat at all.The beds are both horrible. You sink into the middle of the mattress in the bedroom, and the pull out mattress in the couch is just a pile of metal springs.The bedroom carpet was soaking wet the whole time, starting near the far wall and eventually ending half way across the room, so you couldn't walk there without shoes on or being barefoot.The old toaster in the kitchen started smoking and sounded like it was going to catch fire.The description should be updated with all of the snow this year. There are only two hot tubs open, which are on the opposite end of the entire condo complex from where we stayed. It's not walking distance, and there's nowhere to park with all of the snow. The person at the rental office didn't even know which ones were open, or how to get to them. I had to walk around for 30 mins trying to find out how to get to any of them.

Reviewer Comments: Warning... it’s a long walk, made longer since we had to follow the road around, because the snow was too high to exit out the front door. We were also given three pillows and two washcloths for four people. The condo is comfortable and warm, with easy parking for both our cars. It could use a major carpet and upholstery cleaning though.
