Home from home 3-bedroom Windsor Hills Resort condo with Waterpark near Disney

This place is clean, great for families, safe, and has very nice amenities.

Overall experience was average. There were small things that needed maintenance that could have increased the overall rating substantially.

No batteries worked in the TV's Kids could not watch Tv in their room. No toilet paper and not very clean, some dishes from the cupboards still had food on them.

The community is gated and well kept. The drive to Disney properties was short and easy as the exit is just a few miles away. Walmart nearby for anything you need. The building had an elevator so taking bags up was very easy. The home was spacious, clean, well furnished, and very nice. Suggest bringing bathroom essentials such as shampoo, soap, and extra toilet paper because what's provided will not cover a family of 4 for a week.

The immediate resort was great, outside it was bland…wish there was shopping or dining within walking distance

We were there for 4 nights and 5 days. The unit was clean and in a great location for a short drive to Universal. The twin beds weren't very comfortable for my teen. His bed was pretty squeaky. But check in was easy. The initial registration of the vehicle was a little hairy and could probably be streamlined a bit but the guards were very helpful and polite. The host was responsive to all questions and concerns. I'd stay here again.

Great place at a great resort. Fun for all ages, plenty to do.

This is our 4th time staying in the Windsor Hills community, as it’s great for all ages. This condo was as described, mostly new furniture and furnished as described (initial essential toiletries provided). Short walk to the pool/mini water park. Easy checkin process, overall a nice stay. I would note the HVAC only goes between 72-78, this was not an issue for us in March. But something to note.

My husband and I took two of our grandchildren on a trip to Universal. This condo was in close proximity to the park and airport with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping! The home was clean and quiet. The owner sets you up with initial supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher tabs. Walmart is less than 5 minutes down the road to shop for the rest of your needs. My only complaint about the home is the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. The kids had a blast at the water slides and the pool area was very nice. There are other activities such as a movie area, arcade, pool and ping pong tables and arts and crafts for the kids. I would totally recommend but highly suggest owner replace mattress.

We stayed for a few days while we visited Disney. Highlights: 3 bedrooms which allowed us to all sleep better than in one room. Good water pressure/hot water. Washer and dryer in condo so we didn’t need to pack heavy.We did not use the facilities available, but the pool looked like it was nice if we had been around long enough to use. Traffic was a pain, but only a 10 minute drive into the parks. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and a bar of soap and some shampoo/comditioner. It would’ve been nice to have a few washing machine and dishwasher pods as well as some dish soap. We just ran down the street to Walmart (about 3 blocks away) and picked some things up when we stocked with groceries. Overall, the place seemed clean. While the beds weren’t super comfortable, we were tired enough each night that it didn’t matter much. We would stay here again
