Home Away From Home in Snowcreek V Resort

Nice unit. Good layout for two couples. Very clean. Unfortunately, the dryer was not working throughout our stay, despite the property manager trying to address it. This is why I've rated our stay lower than a 5, as we were counting on a washer and dryer. We were credited one night for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. I apologize for being late with my second payment. I mistakenly thought it had been paid, given that I received a credit - my mistake.

We really enjoyed this very clean and lovely home. Host was extremely prompt when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. I would definitely stay at this bnb again.

We so appreciated how clean and comfortable our stay in this beautifully appointed condo was. We loved the views from the large windows and sliding glass doors. Fun game night… we played provided Parcheesi on the comfortable dining table. Thank you for providing the Keurig… That’s our favorite, but noted you had other coffee makers as well. Beautiful, clean and comfortable cabin in gorgeous location. The kitchen has everything you need including good pans and knives.

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you might need. This phase of Snowcreek is our favorite place to stay because it’s quiet and a little removed from the more crowded sections of town. Communication with the host was very prompt and appreciated especially since we booked last minute. Thanks for a great stay!

What a wonderful place to celebrate my husband's birthday! Kevin's condo was so well appointed and beautifully furnished. We love the Snowcreek location--so peaceful and situated so close to the beautiful mountains. We've been to Snowcreek three times now, and Kevin's is our favorite condo that we've stayed in!

Kevin's condo at Snow Creek 5 is very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Some additional soap and tissue would be much appreciated.

I really want to give this rental property a better rating but unfortunately there was a mouse infestation. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. However, the mouse issue was frustrating. We stayed there for three nights. On the first night, we saw a mouse running in the living room, my husband went to Vons to buy some mouse traps and peanut butter to attract the mouse. We successfully got one mouse within an hour. The second day, we trapped two more mice. One the third day, we saw another mouse, so we had to buy more traps. However, the mouse actually ate all the peanut butter from all the traps we set up without being trapped on the last day. We gave up since we were leaving. It’s really bothering because we went with a 5-year-old who likes to play on the floor. We also found mouse droppings here and there especially in the kitchen. We already took all the trash out every night before bed. We contacted the property manager, and it sounded like a known problem. He said he could send someone to check, but after I replied back, I didn’t hear from him again. We really love the location and the quiet community there. But with the mouse issues, I don’t think we will stay there again.

Very clean property. Owners responsive

There were 2 of us 60 something yo women celebrating one’s retirement. We arrived just as a snow storm was arriving in Mammoth so the owner very kindly allowed us an early check-in. When we were missing a few things he quickly responded and attempted to correct things. My only negative comment would be that the upstairs bed was not very comfortable but other than that, the place was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped.

My family stayed for two nights and it was such a quiet peaceful experience. The description of the lodging is accurate. The kitchen was full great, had all the cooking equipment you would ever need and was extremely clean when we arrived. Having two king beds was wonderful and that they were on separate floors was so nice. Felt like such a spacious place. We didn’t end up finding the hot tub so can’t speak to that but I’m sure it would be enjoyable. Thank you so much for an excellent stay! We hope to return next year!

Wonderful facility

This property was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable and the location was awesome. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful 6 day stay. We'll definitely be back!
