2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach. Close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough away not to be bothered by it.
Lots of extras provided. Beach towels and chairs, and plenty of other things to make your trip easier and relaxing. We have tried to think of everything: waffle maker, quesadilla maker, blender, grill, blow dryer. Things you may forget, including, toothpaste and extra toothbrushes, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, pain reliever and first aid, umbrellas, etc.

Stayed Oct 19, 2025Had a great experience! Condo was spotless, well stocked (even had some extra goodies I wasn't expecting!), and comfortable. The location is fabulous and my host, Robyn, was absolutely incredible. She even checked on me mid-stay to make sure everything was still good. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in the area!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Robyn and Doug were great hosts. The condo was perfect for us. The location was ideal with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Seashell.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Robin and Doug are gracious hosts. They he condo is in a very quiet part of Hampton Beach. It was cute and clean and we enjoyed our walks on the beach and to restaurants. I’d recommend a stay here to friends.

Stayed Jul 12, 2021Perfect location and just a short walk away to the beach. Owners were very accommodating and very welcoming and supplied us with everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased on how easy it was to locate what we were looking for, make the reservation, payment and communicate with the owners. We were overall very pleased!
