HOLT - Billionaire Mountain

Welcome to our newly renovated light-filled Aspen studio, in a perfect location! Steps away from Aspen Mountain, Silver Queen Gondola, walk to everything in town including the ski slopes, bars, and restaurants. This ground-level studio is the perfect home base for your trip to the beautiful town of Aspen, no matter the time of year.



The Space:

The studio is recently modernized with a full makeover in Fall 2022. With everything at your fingertips, this studio is located in a quiet building only a few blocks from world renowned skiing, shopping, and dining. An ideal location and proximity to everything Aspen has to offer.



This studio can comfortably host up to 2 guests with a queen-sized Casper memory foam mattress. Please note that the photos show a Murphy bed, but it was recently replaced with a regular Queen-sized bed. The apartment is on the ground floor, offering easy access.



The apartment includes:

-Air Conditioning added in Fall 2023

-Fresh bedding and towels

-High Speed Internet

-Streaming Cable and Netflix

-Plenty of Closet Space

-Full Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee pot

-Professional cleaning service before every stay

-All the typical hotel necessities: blow dryer, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, and more!



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.



The Neighborhood:

While Aspen, Colorado is known as a travel destination frequented by the rich and famous, Aspen visitors and locals know this beautiful Colorado mountain town for its four ski resorts—Aspen Mountain, Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Highlands Mountain, and Buttermilk Mountain--as well as its variety of outdoor activities, arts programs, cultural events, and cosmopolitan nightlife. Aspen offers restaurants, shopping, lodging, and nightlife that cater to a range of budgets and experiences. Aspen also emphasizes preserving the environment, celebrating its silver mining heritage, and promoting the arts, culture, and local non-profits.



Getting Around:

Everything within Aspen is walking distance from our home. If you have plans to go further out of town, there is a public bus system for transfers to Snowmass Village and Aspen Highlands. All busses can be boarded at Ruby Park which is near the base of the Gondola.

Other Things to Note:

Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.



All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.



If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.



We love animals, but pets are not allowed per HoA rules. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.



Interaction with Guests:

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
