This home is extremely comfortable with all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops throughout the home, Wi-Fi, HBO/Showtime, Flat Screen TVs, and more! Just a few steps away from one of the Palmer Resident pools and spas. A fabulous vacation home you will want to come back to year after year.



1916 SF, Newly remodeled condo and upgraded throughout. You will marvel at the kitchen, with all-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All the cabinets are beautifully stained solid wood. The home has a dining room with seating for 6. The Living Room is spacious, with a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV/DVD, HBO/Showtime, Wi-Fi, and a sound system with iPod/iPhone connection.



The home looks out over the 2nd hole of the Arnold Palmer Private course. Also, marvel at the gorgeous desert mountains as a backdrop to a majestic view.



The Master Suite has a California King Bed, flat-screen TV, and a full double sink bathroom with a walk-in closet. The bedroom has a patio, which is nicely located on the east side of the home, which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.



The 2 guest rooms come with a queen and 2 twin beds, respectively. The room with the twin beds has a full-size bathroom. There is a 3rd full bathroom off the hallway, which works perfectly for the guest bedroom with the queen but can also double as a powder room.



The patio has a gas BBQ, table, chairs, a love seat, and two relaxing chairs with thick comfortable cushions.



There are a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The garage has room for 2 cars and a bicycle to ride at leisure.



The owner is willing to accept a small dog upon request. - $250 Non-Refundable Fee. (For Airbnb bookings, it's $250 + Airbnb service charge)



Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit), which overlooks the course's final hole. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you want to play golf at PGA West, you have three public courses: The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or, if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

    The property is pretty dated - not what was indicated in the listing. The windows in the living room have a tinted film because the sun gets pretty intense there - but it is cloudy and you can’t see out clearly. The air conditioning struggled to cool the master bedroom - which ended up being the hottest room in the house. It was a functional house but doesn’t deserve the 9.6 rating. Maybe it did a few years ago but it’s pretty tired now and needs a serious refresh

    Great location on the PGA course and lots of pools to choose from when you are ready to relax. We like to cook so it was nice to have the mmmmnecessary necessary utensils. Three bathrooms with showers made it Great for everyone to get ready to go out.

    This house was exactly as described. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is with pots, pans and all the various utensils, as we cooked dinner here nightly. Love that the back of the home faces the mountains so that morning coffees were had in the shade with a beautiful view.

    The property was very clean from a cleanliness perspective. However, some of the closets and especially the garage area had stored items in it which gave it a cluttered look. Nothing to affect our stay but still worth mentioning. The view from the back patio is the real draw with this property....absolutely beautiful with the golf course and mountain views. Except for the patio area, which is not overly large but very adequate, their is basically no additional backyard. So if you have children their really isn't any additional space for them to unwind. One thing that kept me from giving this property a 5 star rating is that the electrical outlets in the home need replacing. I had noticed another review from 2019 that said the same thing so I was wondering why we had the same issues. You weren't sure if your device was safely plugged in the outlet or not because it fell half out. Another noticeable item is that their are very few hangers in the closets to hang up your clothes. Finally, I was not particularly fond of checkout rules that resulted in credit card charges if not complied with. For example...not turning the thermostat back to 68 degrees when you leave upon checkout. Their were other possible credit card charges for non compliance and while it was very transparent up front, it left a slightly negative impression on me that the management company has to resort to these kind of charges to get their point across. We and the other couple we were traveling with always make sure the house is left the way we find it. But I suppose that is not always the case. In the end I can say that we enjoyed the property quite a lot. Especially eating and playing cards on the back patio. I will also add that the beds were quite comfortable and the 3 bathrooms was very nice as well.

    the property was perfect for us. it had everything we needed, and the beds were very very comfortable. we didn't need a pool or hot tub. i would return to this property!
