Abilene, Texas
This newly remodeled 3,000 square foot loft condo is located in a beautiful brick warehouse built in 1927 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Check yourself via a smart lock/keypad and be welcomed to the open concept dining and living areas and elevated kitchen featuring floor to ceiling windows.
We would love for you to relax, rest, and feel like your best self when staying here and tried to think of everything to facility this.
The master and two guest bedrooms include a variety of premium new mattresses including Helix, Purple, Bear, Nectar, and Layla. Both guest bedrooms feature 10’ tall windows fitted with blackout shades and noise machines. Tucked between the two bedrooms is a cozy desk area for work or school. Highlights of the master bath include a vast walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sink with ample counter space.
Stretch your legs in the spacious living room that includes plenty of comfy seating while you check out the 65” Roku TV. Alternatively, work at the bar height table or Restoration Hardware corbel desk that was hand-carved from reclaimed teak.
A new custom epoxy floor is juxtaposed against historical “Abilene” brick steps that lead to the elevated master bedroom where a substantial king bed, lounger, and 55” Roku TV await you.
The master closet is set up with two twin and one queen bed; another twin bed can be provided upon request to be used in a common space.
The warehouse is located in the up and coming SODA district and mere blocks from the heart of downtown Abilene. Steps away are top-rated bar and dining locations such as “The Mill Wine Bar and Event Center” and “R Sports Bar & Grill”.
I live about five minutes away should you need anything.
Last, but not least, in light of recent events, we use an ozone with UV machine between each stay to ensure sanitation.
Clean, good supplies, great location, and a very responsive host
Host was great and quick to respond A lot of room and great for family. You do have to climb several steps to get to unit and its dark. A/c was a problem. Even though the 4 days we were there the temperature was in the mid 80s the unit during the day would not get below 80f so it was miserable during the day. Other than that the unit was great. Probably wont be back here during late spring to winter as a/c could not cool and probably why each unit had an isolating fan to plug up and use.
We had a great stay here. Our basketball team was playing in a tournament at ACU and this was a great spot to stay at. Great communication with the owner. House is nice and large. Thank you!
The apartment in the warehouse is very nice and a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen pots/pan/utensils are somewhat lacking so I would bring your own to ensure you have what you need.
Nice loft with plenty of room. Close to coffee shops and all that downtown Abilene has to offer. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to needs and questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This was definitely a great space for large groups. If you’re not familiar with the area, it can seem a little bit sketchy outside. But it is a warehouse. The cleanliness inside the actual space you stay was great, I only have it 4 stars for cleanliness because outside there was broken windows downstairs, and the hallway had a lot of spider webs. The host was very communicative, answering questions and giving updates in a timely manner. Should we ever find ourselves in Abilene again I would most definitely consider booking this space again.
Very nice poperty
Up and coming soda district, walking to coffee shops, retail, breweries and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the Paramount. Plan to do it again!
Loved the roominess of this property for our family during the weekend. A special shoutout to The Mill just across the street. It was a fun place to walk to and go hangout. The loft is beautiful.
It was a perfect size for our family, and we will stay here again.
The place was amazing!
Attending a wedding at The Grace and needed a big place for family. This place fit the bill perfectly. Right across from The Mill where the rehearsal dinner was held. Plenty of room for family to headquarter.
As a group of friends in town for the same event (TX High School Rodeo championship), this property was a wonderfully perfect place for us to gather and unwind, and rest up for the next day of events. Beautifully laid out with separate sleeping areas and large common spaces allows for socializing when wanted and privacy when needed. There’s a fairly significant set of stairs (31 steps) to access the property, but a landing midway makes it doable if someone needs to stop for a bit when carrying a load. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with dishes, but cooking pots and pans were a little sparse. But we made do, and would HIGHLY recommend this property for a large group. Really a super awesome stay.
