Stayed Oct 23, 2025Great location and clean unit. Pillows were really hard. Interesting welcome kit - only one pkg of coffee, one packet of creamer, no sugar and several packs of olive oil. Note, one upstairs bedroom was open to the living room. That said, the unit was very nice, comfortable beds, and the location was outstanding. Easy access and responsive property management

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Really fun place to stay. It was very convenient to be able to walk to so many stores and restaurants. We parked in the big parking garage just behind the building which was easy. I will surely look at this place when we visit again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This was the perfect place to stay to explore downtown Asheville. You are in the heart of it. Literally. The home is spacious. It was actually overkill for us being only two people. There were three king sized beds. And an enormous terrace with a peek at the mountains. Despite being downtown, it was very, very quiet. The decore was great and the TV had all the apps. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need for a gourmet meal, but why bother. Tons of great places are right there. Including a food hall in the building. So convenient. As for right there, don’t miss Red Ginger for Asian tapas, and a couple of nice places for breakfast - the Rhu Cafe (a coffee shop with good food) and the Early Girl. Awesome. Chestnut is another great place. One small nitpick. The description said three and a half baths. It was only two and a half, but we obviously didn’t need the extra. Water pressure wasn’t great, but that’s probably just a function of being on the top floor. Another great thing about this company. We forgot something in the unit. We contacted them and they retrieved it. Very quick communications and very helpful. Don’t hesitate booking here. You’ll love it.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025My reluctance is if I rate it too high others will book it when I want to come back to Asheville. Best place I've rented in a very long time. Perfect location. Great amenities. Loved the sunshine on the back deck.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Beautiful place. Could use better water pressure and more hot water upstairs. Need to add a curtain for big window because the sun is very bright and there is a bad glare on the television. I loved the space, size, and decor.

Stayed Aug 27, 2024Great location in downtown Ashville. Close to restaurants/shopping and a short distance from Blue Ridge Parkway, airport and Biltmore. Unit is as described, loved the outdoor patio. The only complaint I’d have are the different codes needed for the main entrance, elevator and unit. Just had to look them up everytime we came and went, but not a deal breaker.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Wonderful condo right in the heart of Asheville! The private elevator entrance made it quiet & safe! I hope I have a opportunity to stay here again next summer for the Love.Shine.Play festival!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024The S&W Building is the epicenter of Asheville action, and having the food court, brewery and coffee place on the 1st and 2nd floor was really nice! The elevator that takes you up to the condo on the 4th floor is in great condition, you can count on it working, and the condo is quiet with no noise coming up from the food court or brewery! The restaurants in Asheville are great, like Cúrate, but get a reservation for this one!! We did not do much cooking, except for breakfast, pick up a flat white, cappuccino or expresso downstairs to go with your toast. Parking was easy at the big parking lot out back, but it is $12 a day. With all that is within walking distance, You might park and not need to leave! We Really enjoyed this place and will have great memories.

Stayed May 21, 2024It took 1.5 days (of our 3-day stay) to provide the Unit with cool conditioned air (AC). Technicians from Management (which was initially fairly tough to reach) made 2 trips to repair the Air Handler (which was frozen) and the Condenser (which we understand was leaking freon). A # needs to be added at the end of the Entry Code to the rear exterior Door. Several of the Door Hinges squeak and need WD 40 or similar.
