This loft was beautifully decorated, very conveniently located, clean as a whistle and better than expected. We would encourage you to book here if you are visiting the downtown area of Pensacola. Others had said it was loud due to weekend bar visitors and road traffic, but we sleep with sound machines, so had no issues. Beds were comfortable, nice appliances and it has everything you need for a long weekend without having to pack too much for coffee, toiletries and such. Communication with rental company was very easy and they send up ample information for parking and entry details. It has been over 20 years since we visited this area but we are definitely considering returning much sooner than that. Lovely area.

The building is beautiful and the management company was extremely responsive and kind. The location is perfect with close access to dining, farmers market, sporting events and the marina, not to mention a short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

They are located right in the middle of downtown, and walking distance to everything you may need. Every loft I stayed in has been clean and beautifully furnished. It feels like home. I also love that we have access to the gym and outdoor space. My only request is to put a full size ironing board in each unit. The small ones do not work on business attire.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect. The unit was beautiful and well-layed out. It was immaculate too. The location was so fun! We watched the Christmas Parade, shopped the markets and hopped across the street in our pj’s for coffee every morning. I can’t think of a single flaw!! Thank you!!

Getting in and out was easy with the app or the key cards, and being right by Palafox was awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown with much more space than a hotel room.

Only two minor comments for improvement. Add blackout shades for the bedrooms. Have a note saying there is a ladder under the bed. A lot of storage in this unit is very high and we could not get to it. When we were checking out making sure we hadn't left anything we found a ladder under the bed.
