Great condo! Excellent remodel with many well thought out amenities - great appliances, kitchen ware, outlets for convenient plug ins, TV's that work, nice towels, etc. Very comfortable and feels new. Plus the location is on the top floor, quiet, but still close to the elevator. We will rent here again. Easy check-in and out and great communication with owner. thank you!

The condo was wonderful, very nicely furnished, and had one of the most comfortable pull out sofa's I've ever slept on. Incredibly convenient location and parking. Host was very responsive to all questions. Would love to stay here again :)

Perfect location! Our third time staying in this unit. We highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for the two of us. It was a home away from home. Everything you needed was there. Talk about location!!! Look no further....after our morning hike,sightseeing,exploring,etc. Afterwards we come back to relax and enjoy the small patio and just people watch or just soak in the sun.This is the best part in the morning or evening!! No driving!!! Every restaurant, bar, coffee shop, shopping, etc. was just a walk away.We came here to relaxed and we did!Can not wait to come back again!!

I think in the winter time this is the perfect spot for a short stay! Perfect for skiing, ski in and lockers. Conveniently located in the village; walking distance to everything there. The parking and garage is fantastic.The room was clean and comfortable. The bed/bedding was very comfortable. We did not have any issues with the room itself. Things to consider:For summertime- Unfortunately, to say this unit has AC is false advertising. There is no central AC. They do provide a portable unit (the AC) that sits in the middle of the living room. Not only was it not working 95% of our stay but when it was working it was loud, cumbersome and was incapable of keeping even the living room cool. This room was in the sun most of the days when we were there and got very warm during the day. At night it cooled off so leaving the windows open was mostly adequate, but the unit is above the check in, so cars woke us up early with doors slamming and horns honking every morning around 6 AM. There is no dresser and the closet is tiny, we had to live out of our suitcases all week, made the bedroom very cluttered.Not recommended for laundry- The Laundry facility is downstairs in the building- the machines are small, you have to download an app, then add a credit card to use them, it took approximately 20 minutes just to figure out how to use them. Laundry took 1.5 hrs and 10 and our clothes still were not dry. The only detergent for purchase required 2 in quarters.

I was blown away seeing this remodeled condo at the Mammoth Village. It is exactly what was described in the rental listing. The bed was really comfortable and we loved watching the snow fall looking at the beautiful view of the mountains from the couch. We will definitely stay there again.

Asides from a slight maintenance issue, everything went well. As a family of 2 adults, 2 kids (10,12), it was great for location however i would not rely on sofa mattress for good rest. Sleep on sofa as-is is more comfortable then pull out. King bed is comfy.

Wonderful place, amazing location, great owner.

This property hits three nails on the Mammoth head. First, it is right next to the gondola making access to the mountain easy peasy. Second, it is in the Village so if, like us, you have a non-skier in your group, there is easy access to several restaurants and stores. Third, it is clean and comfortable. (Very cozy king-size bed!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 1 bedroom unit. The location within the complex was great - close to elevator / facilities. The unit was well-stocked and clean. Minor suggestion - perhaps a slightly brighter light bulb in bathroom over sink. Otherwise, amazing!Thanks!

This is a wonderful location and the host is great. We wanted to make sure our kids had a visit from Santa and she was able to secure a small Christmas tree for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about this place!! It had everything we needed! Great communication with owner-directions very clear and detailed. Would absolutely LOVE to come back again!

Second time staying in this unit. It was perfect - clean, easy entry instructions and simple check out. It’s the perfect size for the two us. Kitchen has everything we need to make our lunches for a day on the lake and easy walking to delicious dinner locations. We also appreciate how quiet it is especially for being in the village. Can’t wait to go back!
