Hip modern golf front property on Pinehurst #3

Very generously sized one bedroom apt. Well appointed, and perfect location! Easy walk to the golf course.

Ashley communicated promptly if we had a question or comment. The place was spotless. We highly recommend it.

Host could have been kinder, especially since they left incomplete directions ie not specifying the correct button to lock the door. Instead claiming the ‘code’ to open would lock it, it didn’t. The welcome book says there is a physical key to lock the door, there wasn’t!

The host was very attentive pre trip. However when I reported COCKROACHES and mold in the condo (evidenced by a musty smell and the triggering of an allergic reaction), the host did not respond. I had to leave the condo and check into a hotel. I paid for a night that I did not use. I do not recommend this condo.

The condo was stocked with what we needed and then some. We enjoyed the scenic deck with coffee one morning. Everything was clean and maintained well.

Stayed here while in town for a family wedding. It was clean and nicely appointed. Private balcony was perfect for morning coffee. It was just right fornthe two of us but might be tight for more than two. Would definitely recommend.

Close to golf courses!Great location

This is a nice condo conveniently located near the Pinehurst Golf Club. Appreciated the fall decor and the updated decor and more in the bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen nicely stocked and love the modern design. We did have to purchase a pan, since the one there was not in the best condition. We hope future visitors will appreciate. :)Communication with the owner was excellent.Just a couple notes: The deck overlooking one of the golfing fairways is so lovely; however, the furniture could use some updating. Not very comfortable. Not the homeowner's issue but the view is very obstructed because of the trees. Overall a nice place to stay, thank you for having us.

I was in town to play a few rounds at the Pinehurst courses. Good place for 1 person and location is great. House was clean and host was very responsive.

The condo was clean and well stocked . Bed was very comfortable. The condo is very convenient to Pinehurst village as well as restaurants and grocery stores . The deck had a view of the golf course . We enjoyed and look forward to staying again .

Nice property. Might want to replace front door threshold. Gap under door allows roaches in.

Great place would highly recommend ! We stayed to play a few courses and watch our son in a tournament in mid pines. Great location. Clean house nice accommodations.

Over the holidays we had more guests than space at our own home -this was the perfect place for our adult daughter to stay & still be very close! Excellent experience with check-in & great communication from host

Very cosy and inviting condo. Great night sleeps on a suberbly comfortable bed. Top marks for the hostess. She was very quick to respond to any quieries.

Ashley’s property is the perfect place for a Pinehurst area golf trip. Easy to get everywhere, clean, and comfortable.

Nice property for two people. Only one TV and unfortunately on two occasions we discovered cockroaches. We contacted owner who sympathized same indicated they had sprayed recently.
