Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a covered carport stall. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Kolea is a gated condominium community adjacent to Anaehoomalu Bay in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Courses run throughout the resort. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 5 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from Kolea.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

    The overall property, pool, and location were wonderful. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean. Apparently, they had recently done a pest remediation, but hadn't cleaned after that happened. There were dead cockroaches and bugs all over the unit, particularly in the bedrooms... over 10 in the master, 1 in the master shower, and multiple in each of of our kid's rooms.Outside of the bugs, the carpets were really dirty, the bathroom tile grout was black with built up dirt, mold/mildew visible in the shower drains, and there was a massive amount of dust built up on the ceiling fans. The main living space (kitchen, living room, etc.) were better, but the rug and couch still needed a good cleaning. When I informed the staff, we were told that someone could be sent the same day to address these concerns and offered a refund on the cleaning fee, which I appreciated. That said, the unit still didn't feel clean after that service. I would absolutely come back to this area/complex, but would probably not through the same company.

    The condo was just as described and we love how walkable the condo is to the Hilton, the markets, and strolling along Anaehoʻomalu Bay. Having the Hilton passes for my 16 year old son and his friend was a bonus since the pool at Kolea is strict about playing with balls or any pool toys and the Hilton pool is move lively and fun for kids. Communication with Resortica was easy and they were incredibly responsively and timely. The Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped. My only criticism is that the couch is older and not comfortable. Overall, an excellent place we’d stay again.

    Best area and complex in the Waikoloa beach area. You won't be disappointed. This would have been a 5-star, except the owners have the thermostat set to only go down to 72, and we like it a little cooler to sleep. If 72 is good for you, stay here.

    Excellent location! The shower in the 'little' bathroom doesn't work, but my sister didn't tell me until we got home. Other than that, it was a terrific location!! Thank you for letting us stay!!!1

    Excellent location - very short walk to the pool, and to the nearby beach. Unit very nice, everything you could need was there, including beach chairs and umbrella, which was nice. Beds were a bit on the soft side for my liking, but still comfortable. Would definitely consider returning there in the future.

    Location is great. Unit needs some TLC but equipt with basics. It was clean for the most part but I have small children and the area rug was really dirty and the bedroom carpets need replacing. Having the Hilton pass was great for the kids. Overall happy with our stay.
