Located inside Shipyard Plantation gated community (Egret Pointe resort) in beautiful Hilton Head Island, feels like paradise on earth, manicured wooded areas, on prestigious golf course, and a private access to miles of refreshing beaches. Miles of bike trails and walkways, swimming pools, hot jacuzzi, all day monitored programs for children and adults, andmuch more. Plenty of top notch restaurants, 2 major outlets and multiple shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people with privacy. This is the perfect location if you like golfing: this unit comes with discounted tee time on a couple of really prestigious golf courses. Every time we go there we decompress, relax and wish we lived there :-). They have great internet service in the condo, so you can even work from there if that's the case (I did that many times).
