Stayed Jul 20, 2025I had an issue with the fridge and the owners worked with me diligently to fix it. Communication was wonderful.Also they had alll the things a family needs for a great beach stay. Plenty of chairs, there is a rolling cooler, and umbrella. Plenty of towels.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This property has a wonderful beach vibe and is spotless. The location is lacking as it is not close to any of the beaches. Parking is very crowded and the deck overlooks the road so we didn’t enjoy sitting outside. The pool was very tiny and literally in someone’s back yard so we didn’t use that either. I have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and the location of this property was lacking although the inside was delightful and clean!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We love staying at Queen’s Grant rentals! This one is lovely and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, one of the closer ones in the complex. The hosts did not check their messages via Vrbo daily, which I had thought would be the best way to get in touch. However, once we called their cell and left a message with our concerns, they did respond in a timely manner.
