Michelle was absolutely a great communicator who was very helpful at every step but I think booking thru Vrbo is a bit complicated. We had two bedrooms, one with two queens, one with king, ocean view. If you want to be in Waikiki area on a resort, this is an ideal location as it’s further down away from a lot of the noise. You have to walk just a little bit to get away from the rocky parts of the beach. Most hotels are a bit far back so your view is somewhat limited. All in all, we enjoyed the lagoon, the pool, the convenience of a luau on site (with two infants), access to washer and dryer, full kitchen, and the fireworks show. I probably would prefer to stay on the north side of the island if we were to go again, but this is a very nice property for the location. For us, the biggest drawback was the check out process, when most people are trying to get out at the same time in the lagoon tower, and you have to wait over 30 mins for the elevator. There is also a TOT tax you will be charged at checkout.
The room was great! Beautiful views, double balcony. Property was busy, but never felt like we couldn’t do whatever we wanted. Pools never felt overcrowded. Overall very nice!
We had the best time staying in this beautiful property! We had gorgeous views of the ocean and the lagoon! Spent lots of mornings and evenings on the balcony. The room was recently renovated and was clean and beautiful. Plenary of room for our family of 6!
Rental company was fabulous to work with.
The view was beautiful. Stayed there many times. Hilton should consider upgrading the furniture, especially the couch and chairs.
It was a great experience renting this unit. However the drawback is the people above us where noisy. But overall the accommodations were great.
Condo was perfect for our family! Location was amazing , super clean will definitely stay here again !
If you are looking for a beautiful oceanfront location to stay in the Waikiki area, Hilton Hawaiian Village is a top choice. Easy walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center as well as Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and International Marketplace, you can find eveything that you need close by. The property is lovely and well maintained. Highly recommend!
Very crowded at this time with long lines for everything including gym , coffee, elevator. Good location for doing the two tours we did. Beaches are better elsewhere other than Waikiki. Room was good.
This was a really good place to stay. Because it was busy and we didn't have a rental car, having many food options on site was helpful. The condo was large and very comfortable.
